It's up to you to make sure any accounts, or recurring charges, are properly canceled. If they are, and you have a receipt, then you'll have this fixed no problem. But a class action because you forgot to cancel a recurring charge? Not likely.

They are 100% correct. I suggest you look up what OEM stands for. You shouldn't have purchased OEM tires and then complained to them, you should have complained to the tire company that you actually purchased them from.

I agree that the consumer had the ultimate responsibility, however, I was merely suggesting that Groupon add some verbiage, or the vendor add some verbiage. I am more angry about the lip service I got from them, and the fact that their "automated system" sent me a specific ad for something that I indicated that I did not like. The world is getting way too automated.

They do this because it works.

I can make excuses about the stupidity of signing this. I whole-heartedly admit that it was *** to sign it.

That doesn't erase the FACT that what they did was EVIL, no matter that I got sucked in. I'm certain they do this every single day, and get away with it.

Why should a business that does this to its customers be considered as anything other than UNTRUSTWORTHY.

You're implicitly defending the *** men, while I am only reporting the absolute truth, that I let myself get raped.

If you are taking that many pills monthly, which works out to be an enormous amount per day, you're an addict. You need help to get off of them. If they gave you less it was likely due to stock issues.

Treated badly by Pharmacist

Walgreens #672224
I hate to sound mean, because I don't want to be - but if you have been on pain medications that long, you're now an addict. You would be best off in the long run if you would work with a pain management specialist. With all of the abuse on pain pills, and it getting 50x worse in the past 10 years, they are really buckling down on these medications and will go to extra lengths to make sure everything is legit.

It's not considered addiction. Addiction is for those who take pain meds to get high. Chronic pain patients are dependant, not addicted. There's a difference. Dependent patients don't abuse, take more meds than they should, or sell their meds. Drug seekers do. When you are a pain patient you are urine tested on a regular basis and help to very strict guidelines written out in your pain agreement with the Dr.s office. One violation and you are gone. People who are truly in chronic pain don't abuse pain meds.

So you expected them to hold something for you for free, and deny a sale to someone that may have come in before you come back? That's not how a business operates or makes money. You should have went shopping when you actually had funds to pay for your purchases.
