Kate Somerville - Order status

I di md not receive my purchase I made early/mid March. The replacement delivery that was requested and send did not make it to my house either. I tried calling customer service without success. At this point I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. As I could not get a hold at Kate Somerville customer service I asked my bank to dispute the charges
