Safehouse Security - Pissed consumer
In December $29.97 was debited from my account 3 different times. I did not authorize this. I have contacted this company several times and have been assured every time that the money will be refund which it never has. I have spoken to several people including the owner of this company who assured me he would take care of it right away. It never happened. Now I have been calling every day for 2 weeks leaving messages as my calls are no longer answered by the company but their answering service to which I have left over 15 messages for the owner marked urgent to which none have been returned. I am contacting the better business bureau by Monday next week if this is not resolved immediately. Sincerely Aleisha Ackerman
