Aspen Dental - Bad Dentist Experience

I simply wanted a routine teeth cleaning. But they insisted on doing x-rays. I told them I did not want x-rays, just to have my teeth cleaned. It was a horrible experience! They started to tell me that I had terrible teeth and needed to be treated for Periodontal Disease immediately which cost me $1,193.20 out of pocket! I called my previous dentist and he told me my teeth were fine, and the bone loss for my teeth was perfectly normal for my age! I demand a full refund!

User's recommendation: Stay Away from Aspen Dental (Especially Austriaco Dental Associates LLC) !!!

Sorry, but you are the one who is wrong on this. A teeth cleaning is not like a car wash.

Dentists must do an examination before any treatment. Any exam includes x-rays. Exam and x-rays ALWAYS come first, THEN the dentist can know what sort of cleaning the patient needs. Why did you switch from your trusted old dentist to begin with?

Aspen's favorite scam is to "upcode" regular cleanings to expensive scaling and root planing. Guess why they do this?

Aspen Dental - Paid for services I did not want or need.

I went for a simple routine teeth cleaning, but ended up with a $1,193.20 out of pocket expense for supposed dental disease that is NOT abnormal for my age. I cannot afford this, because I am on a fixed income. They were NOT understanding or compassionate about my situation, and I am still in severe pain over 24 hours since this terrible experience!

I have only had my Dish Network system for two months, and it has never worked properly, because they installed my Dish pointing directly at a Tree!!! My box crashes every day, and I have to unplug and reboot the Dish Joey box EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! It is horrible! We have had Technicians to the house 3 times, and I have called Tech Support about 10 times, but I still have no service every day when I wake up! So, when I tried to cancel my service, they said it would cost $480.00 for a cancellation fee. I explained that we have never had acceptable service and that it stopped working again just as I was talking to Dish Customer Support on the phone! She said she did not care about my problem, and it would be $480.00 to cancel. She said they could come out and install all new equipment and that should fix my problem. I told here the problem is their is not direct line to their Satellite from my house and that installing new equipment will not solve anything. So, now I have to come home from work, so they can install new equipment, and then when that does not work, I will call them again and cancel my service. If they try to charge me for this, I will then need to get an attorney and will sue them for all my lost wages, and time lost, which will all be much more than just a Small Claims Court issue! NEVER USE DISH! Go with Cable service, or DIRECT TV, but never use Dish Network. They will Rip You OFF!

The tree being in the way would not require you to reset your hopper or Joey. That would be a signal issue, which isn’t resolved by a reset.

You also will not being suing Dish at all. You waived your right to a lawsuit in lieu of individual arbitration. No attorneys. Lastly, they were correct when they said the ETF is valid.

You agreed that everything was working properly when you had it installed. That’s what you were agreeing to.

There is no grace period, the contract is in full effect at that point. Read your contract.

Relo Solutions Group - Ruined my Gym Equipment

Do NOT use this company! They over charge for simple disassembly and reassembly for moving from one city to another. Then if you have really good equipment that does not happen to be new, they refuse to take responsibility for repairing this equipment when they break it. They say; "Oh, your equipment has already been depreciated and is worth nothing, so we are not going to replace or repair your equipment." They are too expensive, and now I have to hire an attorney too sue them for the repairs as well as attorney fees!

JustAnswer - Phony Company and Refused my Refund Request

I paid for legal advice that cost me my job! They have no legal experts and then they signed me up for a membership I NEVER ordered for $60 per month. I noticed this charge immediately and called to request a refund, but the nasty customer service person refused to give the money back that they stole from me. I had 7 days to cancel my membership, and so I called them to cancel it. 2 days later they charged me for the membership anyway. This is a HORRIBLE company!!! Especially when they got me fired from my job!
