Syspay froze our account - no reasoning and took our funds

we joined syspay to process our payments. after having sent in all lour decuments 6 times may i add which was painful we were ignored for two weeks until we got intouch,. excuse after excuse and as our account was in trial mode we could process orders and take money up to 2500 euros.. we have to wait 2 weeks to withdrawl etc we waited patiently.. today arrived time to withdraw our funds.. sorry you cant withdrawl pops up in red. we proceed to email syspay who deny recieving our emails.. so we call them.. they promise to ring us back shortly.. no response yet again.. we have rang 8 times today. they simply hang up the phone and have frozen our account accusing us of be frauds. this is 100 % not the case and have submitted passport details, bank statments, card copies. etc in the meantime they refuse to response and sent a rude email stating your account is frozen we are holding your funds. contact us in 2014. what the *** are we supposed to do.. we have lost all our taking for the past 2 weeks. delivered stock to clients who have emailed syspay to confirm i feel physically sick and robbed of £1500 uk pound in total. we have done nothing wrong except criticise the poor customer service.. we cant afford to loose £1500 and pay for the stock as well totallying our losses at over £2500 and no way of getting our money as syspay will not communicate with us.. they have also been sending emails to the wrong business who have contracted us saying syspay have been emailing them. do i go the police as im not fraudster and got nothing to hide. even when my dad called up they hung up the phone. they also cut you off the chatsystem so you cant communicate with in any way. im distraught and concerned ..help needed .. they also emailed me stating they would bank transfer the funds today..this is proof enough of their disgusting behavior and conduct..all we want is our funds.. and they are holding reserve funds.. they are disgusting and thought more of this company after being referred to them at a cost of 1000 dollars which i dont know if we cant get back.. this is a bitter pill to swollow and one i cant afford financially.
