Con artists!!! They will allow you to order merchandise thats not in the store and once you order it youll never get it even though youve already paid for it. They will keep telling you they have to get access to the showroom and it should happen next week but when next week comes they will say next week again. Then when you ask for a refund for items not received they will say all sales are final. They will tell you that you can cancel payment with the credit card company by calling them if you want and then when you cancel payment on a credit card purchase they will tell you that you owe a 30% restocking fee even though you never returned the merchandise because you did not get any because they never sent it to you. They will make up lie after lie to convince you that they have your order on the way and after you cancel payment because they could not deliver several times when promised they will call you when they get the chargeback and tell you the merchandise is in the store but you have to pay the restock fee if you want it. They will also hold other orders hostage if you have them and have not received them because of them constantly lying about the delivery date. You will find out that the merchandise was never really in the store when you call them and say you can come in and pay cash for it today because they will tell you its no longer in the store because we sent it back after you cancelled payment, even though it hasnt even been 24 hours since they told you it was in the store. How can it be in another state already when it was just in the store 2 hours before close the previous day and its 10:00 am the next morning, which is when the store opens for the day? They will then tell you they will call you back but never do. When you call them back they will say you can come in today and make a $500 cash deposit and then they can deliver the merchandise to you 2 days later and you can pay the rest then, even though they just said they already sent the merchandise back. They basically only sell you merchandise thats in the store and will con you for special order merchandise. They even overcharge on merchandise currently in the store by telling you its one of a kind. How do I know all of this you ask? Because it just happened to me. They even have a sign out front that says store closing, but will swear up and down that they are not closing, just remodeling. Your hard earned money is best spent elsewhere. They even told me they will cancel their thanksgiving plans to come in and open the store on thanksgiving day to give me my $3,200 order even though they just said the merchandise is at the warehouse in California and the warehouse can not deliver on thanksgiving eve or thanksgiving day. They cant even get their lies straight. This store is a living nightmare to do business with; a tragedy waiting to happen. They will befriend you until they have your trust and then go full on con artist. I lost $960.00 to their scam and never even got my order. Before you can buy anything they make you sign a contract saying that you agree to waive your right to do a chargeback for any reason because of the harm it will cause their business. Dont trust them! Youve been warned. I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately it makes you give at least one. ** Update: I went into the store to get my refund of $2,240.00 after they stole an unwarranted $960.00 restock fee from me and one of the female sales reps was very irate and loudly cussed me out for writing a bad review about their business. This business is very unprofessional. Buyers beware.
