Verizon - Billing

I was in the military 10 Years. Verizon not once after so many calls I can't count. Never gave me my discount. I want that money. I also wanna know why I used my freedupgrade and my phone went up 400$. I've managed my account online always. Then I go to the Pekin, Illinois store once and Aric. Spelled with an A. Decides to sign me up for services without informing me of how much they cost. now I'm stuck in a pandemic lockdown because no one knows how to wash their hands and I'm facing having a phone shut off that I can't afford to pay because someone doesn't know how to do their job.

User's recommendation: Double check every single employees work on your cell phone bill. After 10 years I have yet to have someone successfully do their requested tasks on the first time.
