Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. When I was finally able to reach a real person, my situation was resolved, and I got a full refund.

When I was finally able to reach a real person to talk to, Amazon Customer Service was very cordial understanding and ready to help. I did get the help I needed and my situation was resolved. I’m very pleased.

Have not received the item. It was never delivered, yet you say it.

Every other rating on the reviews also says the bikes were delivered, but none of them were.

This is a scam. Do not buy this bike.
