Messa Realty - Stolen Personal Propery
Update by user May 17, 2013
Messa Realty is a Real Estate Office.
Original review posted by user May 17, 2013Messa Realty located at 6000 Germantown Ave. in Philadelphia, PA 19144 failed to follow proper procedure in allowing a tenant to remove his belongings and borrowed items from a rental property. All of the proper steps were followed by the tenant and the person from whom items were borrowed. Messa Realty failed to allow the removal of the items in question. They failed to release the items. They violated several sections of The Landlord and Tenant Act of PA 1951. Currently, this matter is under appeal review under the state. They have lied, stolen, and broken the law. They have taken all of the tenant's possessions as well as those borrowed. They have violated sections 250.301, 250.302,250.312,250.401, and 250.402 of The Landlord and Tenant Act of PA 1951. They have threatened to make fallacious statements to the police about harassment. They claimed to have placed the items in question in storage, however failed to disclose the location as mandated by the law. They have taken all possessions including a Bible which is clearly stated in The Landlord and Tenant Act cannot be done. Their license needs to be revoked. We must now go to court.
