I received a letter with the words: "Second Notice" on the envelope. "Official Prize Communication". The letter said to call (800) 508-****. A voice came on and said to provide your ID number. First of all, that voice was automated, and is programmed to respond according to your answers. YOU ARE NOT REALLY TALKING TO A REAL PERSON. IT IS TOTALLY AUTOMATED!!! I went along with being careful not to give them any personal information. The call is a joke. It is programmed to make you think you are talking to a live person, but you're not!! I finally got tired of answering stupid questions and hung up. Don't waste your time and NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!
