Kia Indonesia - Buying KIA without Police Registration Number in Indonesia

Dear Sirs/Madams, WE NEED YOUR HELP! Our company placed an order for a brand new KIA Sorento from Kia Motor Indonesia on 18th February 2013, paid the full amount Rp.378,000,000 on 8th April 2013 and took delivery of the vehicle on 12th April 2013. However, until today, 15th May 2013 we still have not been able to use the vehicle on the public road for reason that we have NOT been provided with a legal Police Registration Number. The new car has been sitting in our garage, is unable to be used on public road ever since and now has already started to give problem for it's being unable to start for the battery has gone flat. BUT THIS IS A BRAND NEW CAR! Each time we called the Manager of the showroom, Mr. Rianto.T (Tel.+622*-651-****, Fax.+6221-65**-**68) to check on the status of our car's Registration Number Plate, he appears to be always on PERMANENT meetings somewhere in the showroom, in the restroom or in the Republics of the world. And virtually NOBODY in the entire showroom where we bought the car from wants to know, or bother to know or care about the plight of a customer. Our telephone calls were routed to the entire showroom and to all sorts and sundries humankind with the single objective to make sure that whoever the caller would give up calling eventually. Since February to now, we have been given with 3 different names (Ms.Yelia, Mr.Rino, Mr. Marcell) of individuals that handle the after sales service but none of them possesses THE basic human intellectual capacity to understand what customers service is all about. We are not surprised given the leadership model the Branch Manager provides. We are fully aware of the fact that lodging any sort of complaints in Indonesia would fall only on "deaf ears", so we are now trying a different avenue by lodging our complaint directly to KIA Korea in anticipation that MAYBE we would get a different result this time round. Frankly, this is the most BIZARRE "case study", it's also our first time ever buying a car any where in the world including in Indonesia and had to endure this most mind numbing experience ONLY in trying to get a routine Police Registration Number Plate. If at all possible, we would very much like to seek a full refund of the car if KIA Indonesia still cannot provide a number plate but would be even happier if only KIA Indonesia would take back the vehicle because we are absolutely SICK and TIRED of this most sickening, mind-boggling and BIZARRE episode. We dread the thought of having to deal with KIA Indonesia in the future should the car start giving problems. Without doubts, this has been the WORST car buying experience we had in life, it happens to be that this is the first KIA we ever bought for a try. To sum it up we truly and sincerely REGRET buying a KIA car without reservation. We look forward to receiving your response, all the help and assistance in resolving this most bizarre affair. Yours sincerely, Harry Utama.
