Resolved: Oric Original - Refund

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was contacted by them after I threatend to sue them for my 30.00 so they wanted to give ne a 70 % discount because it would cost to much to send it back to China I said no that I wanted what I paid because if they had replied to my email to cancel the order then there would be no reason to send it back so before I got a chance to take it to the next level a few days later I got my refund and I was tols to keep the mask which I gave away.

On January 18, 2021, I purchased an order for a clear face mask but when I thought about all the trouble I was having with other companies about their returned policies since this pandemic and keeping item that sometimes didn't work, or I didn't like I was forced to keep them because the policy did say I couldn't return them so a few minutes later I email Oric( Original) Medical to cancel the item so instead of them canceling it they emailed me on the same day I emailed them to cancel the item to let me know they were preparing my item to be shipped and that I would get an email to let me know when it will be shipped. I sent another email stating not to shipped it but to cancel it, but instead they sent me another email that my package is on its way. I have been sending emails every day since then and the only reply I got each time was my message was sent and that I would be contacted in 24 hours but 24 hours never came, so I google them to find an address or phone number to complain or to send a complaint letter but there was nothing other than the email address that they never reply to. Furthermore, I was thinking maybe this company doesn't exist. Not only that, but I was going to send the package back to the address on the label since I could never have reached anybody to asked them about the returned policy, but I'm not going to do it I'm still not going to open it, but I will be filing a claim dispute with my credit card company because it's their job to investigate a claim dispute, but I will be writing the BBB (Better Business Bureau) they can find out if the company is a fraud or not, but I wished I had read the reviews before I bought one so many people are dealing with similar issues, so before you buy anything online make sure you asked about the returned policy some of them say one thin g but when you order then it's something entirely different.

PayPal - Update

Just when I thought this company couldn't sink any lower they did now let's forget the fact that I have been dealing with this crap since June and at each turn they keep put up roadblocks which I think is a delay tactic because if this issue isn't resolve, and they have tried to resolve it and it shows that I haven't been cooperating they have a reason to close it this is why they keep requesting the same information over and over and I keep giving it to them. Since they keep telling me they're reading my messages then why are they keeping requesting the same information but rewording it. I keep asking for a copy of my messages so that I can show the Credit Card Company that I have been trying to resolve this issue but this company keep putting on roadblock as a tactic each time I have requested it which is over 10 times they never gave me an answer they always deflect back to requesting the same info they have been asking since this get started. So they finally gave me two answers from two different people one said that's not an option I said at the bottom of the page on your site it states that as long as it's withing the 90-day time frame I am allowed to request which it was and still is so the next person stated that all Communicated Transaction can be found on my PayPal account and that they never delete messages I don't know about you but that's not an answer to what I asked. So this morning I checked my email and found out that they have closed my account there reason is they have detected some fraudulent activity on my husband account and for me to log in so that I can send them a copy of his statement to prove what I have no clue but without thinking they forgot that they closed my account so how in the world am I supposed to get into a closed account because it's another tactic to stop me because it's getting closer to the 90 days. I have sent their CEO a complaint letter telling him he hired those employees, he's responsible for what they do or don't do I have sent letters to another organization but I can't recall it right now I have sent letters to BBB and posted it on Twitter and my Facebook account and told my friends and family to retweet it this company needs to pay for what they're doing not only to me but I have heard stories from others about their experiences now when I order and get ready to check out if it saith PayPal I cancel the transaction. So if there're others that this company think they are above the law you need to do what I'm doing I'm going to keep on sending certified letters to their CEO and anybody I can think of until this company do right by me and give me my money they might win against the credit card company with my dispute claim but I'm not them there's no way in *** that I will back down not until I get what's mines they might have 318.75 lying around I don't.

PayPal - Update

so after the last time this company has continue to put up a lot of obstacles in my way to not pay me my 318.75 plus my 30.98 now the latest one is that since I'm not the account holder they can't give me any information mind you now from the start they have been giving me information because I am the card holder now I'm told that an account I set up for my husband years ago linking the account to his Chase Checking that I also cancel over a year ago because of something similar to this one and that I have a printed copy of the date the same date that I cancel his account they told me that the transaction now was under that account which it wasn't but I played along with it so if that account was used then I wouldn't have any problem gaining access to it so I did a Having trouble signing in it asked for the email I used for PayPal and we'll help me create a new password so I put it in but it gave me the same message three times so I click forgot email It stated put up to 3 email address I might have used to create so I put in three so I put in two of mines which one was used for the transaction and my husband the one they claim was used for the transactions that I am trying to get my money I wasn't surprise when the only one showed up was the one I used for the transaction so they lying so after I called them out on it they stated again they need to talk to the person whose name is associated with the account which is myself which I stated so far in over 20 emails yes people that many I told them the only way I was going to settle this is in court so I did something that I knew was going to happen since they have tried almost everything else to keep my money I told them I was taking the seller,Biggman4409, Ebay since their site was used for the transaction and PayPay since there number is associated with the transaction I asked for a copy of all the messages and replies so that I can give it to the credit card company to show that how long I have been trying to resolve this issue and for the judge I was told that's not an option but at the bottom of the page on their site it states that as long as it's within the time frame of 90 days I can which it is buy I knew this so each time I contact the I take a screen shot of what I said and what they said which has so many contradictions and contradictions each rep would give different answers to the same issue which means they're lying there's only one way to tell the truth but a lot of ways to lie which is what they doing and the only time someone will lie is to avoid the truth which means they know there's another way to go around this and give me my money especially since so far I have gotten three refunds fromn items not delivery because of the mail service being so slow and I got all of them without an ID# like they claim In need off of na receipt that I never got for any of them I think because it's value was under 50 dollars they didn't mind but this time it's more and they doing everything to stop me but I told them I wasn't going to do anything right now until the credit card company is done with there investigation depending on the outcome if they chose to go against me which I find hard to believe especially with all the proof I sent them that this company are as crooked as our government seems to be right now time will tell

I have always thought this company is crooked now i know they are. I gave them my yahoo and gmail account even though i only used the yahoo account they felt the need to used my gmail account that I set up for my husband with a link to his bank account but, because of similar issues like this i closed out the account but I assumed since he's the cardholder they used the first email I used to set up him an account. This company is full of so many contradictions that it's making me sick. So under my gmail account I got a message showing that they don't have the option of giving me copies of my messages so that when I take them to court I can show the judge what this company has been putting me through and to give to the Complaint department because at the bottom of their site it stated that as long as I'm within the 90 days time frame which i am to contact them, so I clicked on contact us under my Yahoo account it shows that my email can't be used to pull up the transaction so which is it can or won't. I know they're playing the waiting game anybody with a brain knows that in a business you have to keep record for taxes so for them to say they can't is BS. So when In attempt to send off the complaint letter because i was doing it next day the address wasn't in the system which the postal employee told me that it usually me it's a scam address to keep people believing that they're going to get their money back. So now I'm told since my husband is the cardholder they not allowed to divulge any of his personal issues which open my eyes that they really are trying to wait to see after over a month if there's a chance that it'll come.

User's recommendation: when placing a 3rd party online purchase first check out if Paypal would be the name associated with the order please don't do it if you want a headache and be stress out then go for it but you will regret it.

Well the credit card got my refund and closed the case, so I'm not sure if it was because this company finally did the right thing which i doubt it very much since crooks never admit to any criminal activity but whatever as loan as the end game was the same me getting my money was part of it the other part was to let others know to stay away from doing any business with this company if they don't want to endure what i had to put up since this nightmare began this company is a scam and don't place any orders with them especially the lids because they don't do what they claim, and they know this is why they're using this pandemic to say all sales are final
