I totalled my car in an automobile accident. I submitted an insurance claim only to find out the insurance company made a major mistake and removed the collision off of all my cars and not just the older ones. Now I am screwed. I called Hyundai and they suggested calling my GAP insurance provider. I made numerous requestes for them to look at the claim and I could not get a response. If it is not a eligible claim the the premiums should have been returned. I simply do not know if it is a valid claim or not with no response.
SPRINT WIRELESS NIGHTMARE
I had a wireless plan with Sprint for a couple of years for my family. All the phones were insured and one was not working so I dropped it off at the Authorized Sprint Store. They called me and told me the phone could not be repaired. I told them I was not local and already made numerous trips to the store because the replacement refurbished phones they were giving me were inoperable as well. They said no problem they will ship it back for me and I can order a new one. Just to be safe I sent an e-mail to customer service a few days later and asked the phone had been received. On 11/26/2010 Leslie Johnson confirmed receipt of my phone. I still have the confirmation. Next thing I know I am getting charged for a non-returned phone. I furnished Sprint with the confirmation and they simply continued to bill me. I refused to pay for it. They started hcharging me with outrageous penalties and fees. Out of frustration I terminated the service and moved to Verizon Wireless and for the last 3 years have not had any problems. Now every couple of months the outstanding charge is transferred to another collection company. I have reached out to many many customer service personnel at Srint and asked them to rectify it and they tell me they turned it over to collections and it out of their hands. Unbelievable.
Senex Services - Close My File
Senex Services of Indianapolis Indiana is a collection Agency contracted by Community Medical Center in Freehold New Jersey. I paid a past due medical bill for my daughter in full to the hospital directly. I provided proof of payment multiple times to Senex Services via fax and regular mail and I continue to get threatening letters and it remains on my credit report. My proof of payment is ignored. I need the open balance closed on my credit report. Ive asked them to contact the hospital directly if they do not like my receipts. I am ignored and I am frustrated.
