Bestasseenontv.com took my money & no product received
I order from bestasseenontv.com in Nov.08 I have tried 2 phone them, no ans, Lm's, NO RESPONSE. I have emailed them, NO RESPONSE. I have sent chats, to both customer service & the online chat, NO RESPONSE. When I did get a chat online after I stated my problem "HARRY" went offline. It's always "HARRY" I receive no matter what time of day & if I'm lucky enough 2 find someone online. They r usually offline. Has anyone else had this problem????? My credit card has been billed. I have been trying to contact Best As Seen On Tv for months. I placed my first order in November. When I check My Account it says my orders have been shipped. My credit card has been charged. I've called the ph # 1-61*-450-**** only to get an answering mach. & no response. I've email them, no response. The Live Chat is never on line, so I use the email, no response. Iclicked on the authentic, secure, insured logo & my email wouldn't go thru. I got an error: sorry your message can not be delivered. Has anyone had this problem? Has anyone got there problem solved.
