EXPEDIA SUCKS

I am attorney attempting to help a fried with a flight credit that Expedia will not honor. I have been on the phone with them for 5 hours, yes, F-I-V-E HOURS!! I have been forced to re-tell the story time after time after time because every person says they are "transferring me to someone who can help" or "a supervisor", but they either immediately hang up on you or put on hold - one time for up to an hour by the clock! - and then the call is mysteriously disconnected. Totally, totally unacceptable customer service! I have frequently used Expedia in the past, but NEVER AGAIN!

I have the same complaint. I am now on hold...this is my fourth time calling expedia. The other 3 times i was disconnected after being on hold from 20 to 35 minutes...so i dont have five hours invested yet...but i am getting close and still havent achieved the not very difficult task of booking a flight with an unused credit.
