You should NEVER EVER use any of these big flower websites. Look up a local florist with good reviews and speak to someone on the phone. You get WAY better service.
You sound like a *** I can't even figure out your train of thought. *Well gee, this company charged me twice, instead of solving the problem the easy way through the bank I'll go ahead and fight with the company but they didn't answer my letter that I mailed instead of emailing and i never got a refund... You went to a premium ticket company, paid WAY more than you should instead of going directly to Ticketmaster and somehow it's THEIR fault? Your post should have read "I'm an ***, instead of going to Ticketmaster here is what I did..." Admit it, you didn't do your research and you got burned by paying too much.

Actually you're incorrect. I was on Ticketmaster website and it re-routes you.
Call your bank, tell them the charge from this company is a fraud, if they ask for any paperwork you can show them the tracking number that shows the phone was received and let the bank handle it.
When you book the a hotel the site tells you that you may be charged for parking or a "resort fee".... so it's their fault you didn't read the fine print?
You sound like seaweed.... Just floating around letting the ocean have its way with you. You won some sort of contest but don't remember entering?? You called to cancel and she said it's too late so you just went with it??? TAKE A STAND! Call your bank and tell them the charges are a FRAUD, and block any further withdraws from your account. Then call the company and tell them they have THREE days to get the system out of your house before you rip it out yourself.

The service manager sounds like a ***. I would call the dealership and ask the receptionist who the general manager is and for his email. Then email him what you put on here, and send a copy to tips@***.com and your local news fraud team story. That should get things rolling. Also find out if the dealership has a facebook page and post it on there too.
