Dish Network - I HATE THIS COMPANY

Unable to speak with an English speaking rep, last one told me "I am sorry can't help you I'm in India". Every customer rep I have spoken to sooo sincerely wants to help me so much, but I can honestly hear the toilet flush when I am about to hang up. They are the most worthless company I have ever had any dealings with. I am waiting to get out of the contract to change to Direct. Again.....I HATE THIS COMPANY. Trying to pause my account because I am in a flood zone, won't be able to be use tv in that area, well, if I do that then I lose the protection plan. Go figure.

You have the option of keeping the protection plan while on pause. Or you can add it back when your account comes off pause.

The only thing you would lose are any promotions, such as new customer credits,free premiums, half-price premiums, etc.
