IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE TO MY UPDATED COMPLAINT ON PISSEDCONSUMER.COM FIRST, MY NAME IS "JOSEPH G CAIN JR" NOT "JOSEPH C." "JOSEPH C" ON PISSED CONSUMER MEANS "JOSEPH CAIN" SO STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH ME!!! YOU KNOW WHO I AM BY NOW AND ARE JUST REFUSING TO ISSUE MY REFUND!!! FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE I HAVE ATTACHED A COPY OF THE TICKET YOU SENT ME WHICH GOT ME PASSED THE TSA AND WAITING FOR THE PLANE SO IT SHOULD BE GOOD ENOUGH TO GET MY REFUND!!! SECOND I HAVE SPENT 4 MONTHS TRYING TO GET MY TICKET REFUNDED ONLY TO HAVE YOU GUYS RESPOND IN EXACTLY THE SAME WAY EACH TIME. THE "TICKET" YOU SENT ME SAYS "ITN CONFIRMATION NUMBER (OCTOBER 28TH 2019) Q8CT34" EVERY TIME I GIVE YOU THAT NUMBER I GET TOLD THAT IT IS NOT THE RIGHT NUMBER. FACT: THAT IS THE TICKET ITN NUMBER YOU SENT ME!!! THEN, AFTER SEARCHING AGAIN YOUR REPRESENTATIVE FINALLY FINDS IT AND SAYS THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT BUT NOTHING EVER HAPPENS!!! I HAVE ALREADY TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR WITH DELTA/AIR FRANCE AND WAS TOLD THAT MY REQUEST FOR REFUND WAS APPROVED ALREADY ON THE NIGHT OF THE CANCELLED FLIGHT AND THAT ASAP NEEDED NOTHING MORE FROM THEM TO PROCEED WITH THE REFUND. I AM GOING TO POST THIS LETTER ON PISSEDCONSUMER.COM SO ALL CAN SEE HOW YOUR COMPANY OPERATES. I AM ALSO SENDING A COPY TO MY ATTORNEY BECAUSE MY NEXT MOVE WILL BE TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOUR COMPANY IN WHICH I WILL SEEK TO RECOVER MY ATTORNEY FEES AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSES AS WELL. I WILL ALSO AGREE TO MAKE A VIDEO RECORDED STATEMENT ON PISSEDCONSUMER.COM WHICH THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO DO MANY TIMES. I HAVE IN GOOD FAITH POSTPONED MAKING THAT VIDEO COMPLAINT UNTIL NOW. Asap Tickets - Flight cancelled, NO REFUND AS PROMISED!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Flight was cancelled and Delta/Air France approved the refund but ASAP refuses to refund me or even answer my calls. ASAP said in an email (in the beginning) that they are waiting for a code from Delta/Air France but Delta/Air France SUPERVISOR says that there is NO CODE THAT THEY NEED FROM THEM and if they could refund me themselves they would but it has to come from ASAP!!!

ASAP = As Shady As Possible

I have been put on hold FOR HOURS only to have them disconnect me over and over!!!!Angry

OK EVERYONE TAKE NOTE OF INACTION BY ASAP TICKETS STILL! IT HAS BEEN 13 DAYS SINCE THEIR ABOVE RESPONSE AND STILL NO CONTACT BY "ONE OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES"!!!!

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE FEBRUARY 27TH 2020. DELTA/AIR FRANCE SAYS THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY APPROVED MY REFUND ON THE NIGHT OF THE 27TH AND HAVE ALREADY REFUNDED THE TICKET TO ASAP. ********************************************NEWS FLASH ASAP************************************************* PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE AND "CONTACT ME" AS PROMISED OR I AM MAKING THAT VIDEO AND CALLING MY ATTORNEY!!!!! ADDITIONALLY, I WILL MAKE SURE THIS VIDEO GOES VIRAL!!!

MY NUMBER IS 813-833-****. ******************************************************************************************************************** I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACK AS PROMISED!!!

I have responded to your request for my "booking details" and have received NO HELP FROM YOU! I have spent countless hours on hold only to be disconnected EVERYTIME!!!

You should be very ashamed of yourselves and your company for the way you do business. I am 24 hours away from filing a lawsuit AGAINST YOUR *** which will cost your company additional fees for my attorney! You are LIARS AT BEST AND APPARENTLY CON ARTIST! You have made me a permanent enemy and I will spend the rest of my days telling everyone I know and everyone I meet HOW BAD YOUR COMPANY IS!

ONE MORE TIME... My ITN number: ****** My Travel dates: Feb27, 2020 to March 2, 2020 Travel to: Belgium Amount charged: $638.10 If you do not respond within 24 hours I WILL file my lawsuit.
