All 5 of my tacos had red sauce on them which is too hot for me. I requested salsa verde in the side but it was not included. I can not eat these. They are too hot. I would like another order sent to me. I cant do that with only a $5 refund from Door Dash. I need the full amount & Door Dash fees so I can reorder the meal I can eat, please.

I received a text that Robert was delivering my order from Buffalo Wild Wings. Then I received a text that it was delivered. However, I never received it. I called his phone # and left a message for him. Its now been 45min and no return phone call. I also tried to call the DoorDash customer service number and it gave me this. I wasn't upset before, but now I am!!! I want my money back and I want my FOOD!!! I use DoorDash often and have not had this problem trying to talk to a real person.
