The temporarily block was lifted. The advice I would give is be careful what you put out on social media and how fast you send friend request because you will get caught.

My experience with Facebook has been a bad one they don't care about there customers I have been temporarily blocked since Dec 13th and now its Feb 6th the problem occurred on the 13th I was unblocked on the 20th and then I got to send friend request that was about 5 days and then I was blocked again and then out of the blue I was able to send 2 friend request and then blocked and then on Jan 13th I was able send 2 friend request and blocked again and then on Jan 26th I was able to send 1 friend request etc and on top of that I couldn't change my password and I am having to ask people to be my Facebook friend so Facebook is sorry they don't care about anyone but themselves

The advice I would give to people is to be careful with what you do on your social media you can temporarily blocked from sending friend request like I did and you can't connect with friends or family I have been blocked for days now since I was able to send 1 friend request

I'm experiencing an issue with not being able to send friend request. Despite having a valid account and being active on the platform i was unblocked on the 14th of December and i was able to send friend request for 5 days and then i was blocked again on the 20th i would like to know what did i do to cause the problem i dont think its fair that i have to be denied from sending friend request you all let everybody else send friend request why cant i i deserve to be able to connect with friends and family please resolve this issue Thank you

Preferred solution: I would like to be able to send friend request again I am having to ask people to send me friend request and that wouldn't be necessary if I could do it the main way

The advice I would give is to be careful of what you put on Social media you never no what will happen

I'm writing to report a problem with my account I've been temporarily blocked from sending friend request for extended amount of time and I had reported it to Facebook and to FCC and to Pissed Consumer and Complaint Board and to other companies about the issue and I was told that it couldn't be resolved through their support channels but I think it can if they would try to get it resolved I reported it to the Notifications Team about it I am having to send messages to people asking them if they wanted to be my Facebook friend and that shouldn't be necessary please fix this problem and get it back up for me thank you

Preferred solution: The solution I want is to be able to send friend request again I deserve to be able to send friend request again I didn't do anything wrong to cause you all to blocked me for this long

Hi Facebook Customer Service, I am writing to you all about me being temporarily blocked I have been blocked since Nov 21st it has been 12 days now and still no release I am sending friend requests to ask people if they wanted to be my friend and someone thought I was hacked and I said no I was temporarily blocked I couldn't even change my password I apologize what I said about high horse I am very frustrated sending friend request is how I stay connected to friends and family please resolve this issue Thank you

Hi Facebook Customer Service, i am writing to you all again about my ongoing problem with my account you all put me on temporary block on Nov 21st and now its Dec 1st it has been 10 days now when are you all going to lift the block off and get it back up for me its not fair that i am being picked on for something i didnt do i deleted the old friend request i am having to ask people to send me a friend request i hate doing that because they don't know if its legit or a *** please investigate this issue and take necessary action to have it resolved so i can stay connected with friends and family i have tried different troubleshooting methods and nothing is working thank you

The advice I would give to other people is to be careful what they say or do or you would be block like I am now Facebook put me on temporarily blocked for sending friend request and the blocked hasn't been lifted yet and it's been 20 days and I am having to ask people to be my Facebook friend instead of sending friend request

Dear Facebook Customer Service, I am having trouble with my password I am not able to login with it i get a message saying I enter the wrong password but i know i enter it in right i even reset my password and i enter a new password and i still get messages saying that it wasn't right is there a way you can see if it is a broader problem the reason I cant log in i tried different troubleshooting methods but nothing has worked i havent had this problem before ever since i updated my internet connection it has been a problem is there a way you can fix this problem and get it back to normal for me i would appreciate it thank you

The problem is still ongoing and I can't see my Facebook profile friends list and my Friends List Visibilty where I add or remove and I am temporary block from sending friend request

Hi Pissed Consumer, i am writing to you all i lost my Facebook friends list where i add or remove i had it on Tuesday and i was looking at it and i notice a unknown name that i didnt know so i remove it and then the next day it was gone i dont know what happen i had reported it different times and no luck with it it has been off for 4 days now it is the same on my mother's computer and she has windows computer i think it is a technical glitch i checked my friends phone and they had there's why is this happening to me please help me understand what is causing this block and how I can get it back up thank you

If you want to change your password, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account;
- Click on the profile icon on the toolbar (in the upper right corner of the page);
- Choose "Personal Info" from the dropdown menu;
- Click "Change password" next to your current password and type in your new desired password.

Please make sure that you create a unique password to help keep someone from breaking into your account.
- Confirm your new password in the "Verify password" field;
- Click on the "Save" button to save your changes.

Your new password takes effect immediately.

The status of my issue is that it is not fix and I still can't see my Facebook friends visibilty number list the problem started Sept27th and I got it back Oct 4th and then on Oct 11th you sent me a letter saying your voice matters, your opinion matters and I haven't seen anything to like it has been fix you all dragging your heels are you all trying not to fix my problem I want it resolved so I can see what my Facebook friends and family is doing

My overall experience has been OK I would like if you all can fix the friends visibilty list that has disappeared for no apparent reason I didn't do anything to cause it to disappear I just got back a few days ago I don't know what happen or what cause it to go away its a mystery to me and I would like to have it back up thank you for your time and efforts Amy Maxey

Hi Pissed Consumer Customer Service,

I am writing to you all with a problem that i am having with Meta Facebook i am not able to change my password the traditional way i had to use Forgot Password to reset it and i tried different times it has been temporary block and yesterday it wasnt blocked but it gave me a message saying something is wrong check back later then today it is back to being temporarily blocked for no reason could you please fix the problem so i can change my password thank you very much for your help Best wishes Amy Maxey

Hi Pissed Consumer,I previously reported and issue with sending friend request but the problem persist I'm still unable to send friend request and I've tried clearing apps data and cache and I even cleared cookies and cache and I used downdector it is frustrating and limiting that I can't connect with other people it is so unfair please help me resolve this issue
