User's recommendation: Transferred us to a different department went straight to voicemail. My recommendation for the community is have somebody ready to answer phone calls especially when it’s a new community and people are going to need to have construction and maintenance done and if it needs to be approved by the neighborhood have someone to be able to answer the phone calls.
