Verified Buyer | Katy, TexasHEB - Harassment during a call total refusal fo help replace an out of stock item on a delivery
I have just had major surgery and am handicapped, so I had to deal with this in a weakened state of body and mind to try to get a home delivery order to me so I can have some fresh vegetables and a treat. They removed two items from my order that were out of stock for home delivery.
I called the Curb Side manager - Madison. I wanted to pick a danish that was in stock and a vegetable tray that was in stock to replace the ones they removed from my order that had not yet been delivered so I could get those items. She made me give her my order number over and over 10 times. She could only get the number right when I told her one number at a time - 20 seconds apart between each number.
So I think she did that on purpose because I have never met anyone who had to be given a number. During the call, she did the same with my name. I had to spell it 5 time to her. She said I had no order.
She insisted I was confused and there was no order in their system. She insisted 5 times. I knew they had my order as I was looking at it online and the communications from them about removing the items. I asked her to get me a supervisor - she refused - she said she could help me- she said she had the order and was looking at it - this was after saying 5 times that they had no order for me.
She put me on hold to see what she could replace the items with and then came back to the phone tole me she was checking on it and then just hung up on me. Never helping me at all.
User's recommendation: record the calls with Madison with her extreme level of harassment to the customers and put them on youtube

I went to store # 7031 3/28/13 - I asked the associate ringing up my item if the discount had been given β all he had to do was say yes instead β he was rude and inconvenienced me β Instead he said β βNo, itβs buy one get one 30% off β the sign clearly said all scarris dolls β 30% off β no bogo at all. He sent the manager to check it out β as she was gone he continued to be rude to me so I left to make sure she knew what the issue was β I was surprised to find she didnβt care β Tonya does not require associates to know promotions β she made that clear β Tonya does not require associates to ring people up in order β I had to wait while he rung up several people who came after me β because I knew the price of the item and the associate didnβt β Tonya doesnβt require the associates to be friendly or helpful and sheβs fine with them being extraordinarily rude - I went through all that for no reason β it turns out the discount had automatically gone through β so the associate gave me wrong information twice β the associate remained very confident and *** in being allowed to give wrong information β he never apologized or showed any remorse and Tonya supported his actions and his attitude in full.

There could be many promotions at one time, and you expect every associate to know all of them? Ha, get real!
