Mint and Lily - Poor/No Customer Service Can't get a refund

I finally received a response by sending a message through Facebook. I don't understand why but I have had to resubmit everything to them including order confirmation numbers, return request numbers, all information that has already been entered.

Now I have to wait for their decision. Additionally I have to send the item back to them before they will decide if I can get a return. That seems backwards to me.

What if they decide to not refund my money? They already have the item and I would be out of luck.

I mistakenly ordered two of the same thing from this company-two identical bracelets. Their website promises returns with some specifics like original package and within 45 days. I have been emailing since December 16 (there is no phone number listed on their website or Facebook page.) I have filled out the online return form. Not only that, but I have gotten email responses from Paolo who tells me things like "your package has arrived and here is the tracking number and link for tracking" despite the header of my email stating RETURN. Then they instruct you to mail the item back to them and only then will they tell you if the return is approved. That seems a little backwards to me. Everywhere I have looked online there are numerous complaints about orders not filled and delayed arrivals.

User's recommendation: Do NOT buy from this company. You will be disappointed.
