TD Auto Finance is in Violation of State of Missouri Statute 365.100
Charging late penalty fees in violation of State of Missouri Statute 365.100. If you have a payment due date of the 1st and you pay it on the 16th you are within the fifteen days of the payment due date and by law TD Auto Finance is not allowed under law to charge a late penalty fee. I will be turning this over to the State of Missouri Attorney General. I hope they FINE them big time. CROOKS. Go to a local bank for your loan needs that way you can reach out and actually touch them. This is not a reputable company to deal with. Go elsewhere.

Your info says Kansas so did you get the vehicle in Kansas? If so, then the Missouri statutes don't apply...
There is tom/steve/C*** again. Get a life, why dont ya.
Yes you are right, this company does add hidden fees and charges to it's accounts to cause the accounts to go into default without notice to institute illegal seizures of properties against federal and state law. It normally only happens when the loans are almost paid off where they can really get the most for their crookedness.
