Mother in law received voicemail stating it was Amazon and she was charged $399.00

Whoever left this message didn't State there name, leave a contact number or any type of order number. The voicemail was saved Friday 12/10/21 12:54 pm .

The individual who called identified themselves as Amazon Customer Service and my mother in-law would be charged $399.00 in 24hours if she didn't purchase or load a gift card through Amazon. She has been a nervous wreck, canceling all credits cards, freezing bank accounts etc. Because she is extremely upset an nervous her personal information isn't risk. Her information is Martha Casey 214-330-**** and I am requesting that someone from Amazon Customer Service contact us and confirm that there are no purchases or transactions linked to her or her name in anyway.

There was no tracking number, purchase number , order number , verification of item being purchased , what company etc. You can follow up with myself via email @ kellymcclements1@***.com or by text or phone at 817-800-**** Kelly Mcclements her contact number and is a landline 214-330-**** ( where voicemail was left ) it takes her time to get to phone so you may have to call twice to get a hold of her.

Preferred solution: Some kind of verification that my personal information is safe and was not used via Amazon and there will be no charge of $399.00 in anyway way against credit card, debit card, bank accounts etc.

User's recommendation: Don't give out any personal information of any type with out speaking with the company directly and and obtain some some type of number to confirm transactions.

Horrible and I get priceline on the phone, hung up on , they don't follow through, they send email. Ask for supervisor immediately disconnected followed by a do not reply generic email.

This is multiple complaints regarding issues with price line and booking.com due to using price line but reservation was completed through booking.com, no communication, no resolution. I advised priceline and hotel that we did not receive up to our room in anyway. I originally booked the king suite with sofa bad on line and paid for it. Nothing has been done !!

Priceline - Unsatisfied with results

Got to hotel the room was dirty, toilet broken, bugs in bed in middle of night, didn't get suite that I paid for or chose on line, had to change rooms which they said was upgrade was not , was what I choose on line and paid for, had to spend 10 hour's doing laundry 45.00 spent to sanitize all of our items, paid for lyft to go to store in the middle if the night to buy detergent and bleach , bites all over us , disgusting smell through the entire hotel no one was willing to help refused refund, gave 10 discount to us which we had to stay another night to use. The hotel is unclean owners refused to speak with general manager had me go round and just providing basic answers no solutions.
