Aylesbury Farms Apartments - Mgt neglect for a potential identity theft, neglect for the well being of the residents (rudeness, d

On the night of 2/11/13 I placed a small grocery bag, filled with a small amount of paperwork, cups, used paper towels, non-food items in a trash receptacle. The next morning around 11 am, I found the same grocery bag, containing trash outside my building, for anyone to go through. Anyone may have stolen my identity, or gotten confidential info, due to the negligence of the Property Mgr (DL), instructing Maintenance of the protocol. When I got the Property Mgr on the phone, she did not take ownership of this, and stated many times that trash belongs in the garbage dump, and not the receptacle (which is an absurd thing to say or think), also stating that her technicians did not remove anything out of the bin. She refused to give me the name of the person who was responsible for taking care of the removal of this particular receptacle. After heated discussions, and after mentioning the recent and continued problems at Aylesbury Farms (current lawsuits, the 4 people murdered at Aylesbury on Super Bowl weekend, the non-working front security gates, and other continued complaints), she rudely hung up on me, and did not take my call after calling her back, trying to resolve this. Both the Property Mgr (DL) and her superior (HR) should be removed from their positions effective immediately, if the owners care anything about the residents, improving the rundown/deteriorating conditions of the complex, regaining trust and quality back to Aylesbury Farms, and additional lawsuits that may/will come against them. The practices are deceptive and unethical (misc/absurd charges when someone moves out, resident fines and warnings that are unjust, taking trash out of the receptacle and leaving it on the grounds unsecured, etc). I would strongly recommend NOT moving into Aylesbury, and highly recommend the ownership remove DL and HR_ bringing in new management. Aylesbury Farms Apartments needs to be cleaned out and cleaned up, and the name and conditions preserved to where it once was (pre DL and HR). I am ABSOLUTELY disappointed and hope others who are considering moving to Aylesbury Farms Apartments, decide differently.
