China Eastern Airlines - About my flight issue
My booking was made for the wrong date by customer service. I was promised that it would be taken care of and l would be contacted by a manager. It's now 8 days later and all I get is excuses. I am being denied the opportunity to speak with a manager. I am very disappointed with the situation.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
