on 2/18/2020 i went in to get a microphone cable repaired on a I phone 7, speakers was not working, told him the issue as some tech friend told me what was wrong friend did not want to fix any way dropped it off on 18th he agreed it most likely was the speaker wire that it needed to be solder told me I could pick it up the following wed (2/26/20 ) had to call on 25th to see were phone was on repair. When I left on 18th I got a invoice stating ( Bonus 20 N;A in house Micro Soldering when I called on 25th to check on phone he said that they haven't even looked at it yet , he called back 15 minutes later and said it would be another 175.00 $ I told him I was not going to do that on 18th he knew it was cable and charged me for the soldering I ask did you do any soldering he said no, but he was willing to sell me a used I phone 7 for 460.00 $ minus the 84.80 I had payed him I ask for my money to be refunded since he did no soldering and that's what was on the invoice he then said that was put on all invoices it was just a query they use when doing diagnostic I said it does not say diagnostic on invoice it says you charge for micro soldering ( and he got quite rude ) never the less I ask him to call the police to get there opinion he refused also I ask him because he was in his a younger man when customers call you its not a very good business relationship to call female customers and my wife ok sweetheart yes I know sweetheart 4 tor 5 times he keep calling her sweetheart... I would like someone to explain form his higher ups why on invoice it says Micro soldering ( and he agreed on 18th the wire needed solder ) and he says they write it that way even if there doing diagnostics even though it says different , WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS FANELLIBOYS TO KNOW ONE !!!!
