The Unlimited - Beware of this customer insensitive Insurance company

The Unlimited is a bunch of time killing material. I was hospitalized 7 - 10 Jan 2020 for illness. I filed my hospital claim with the Unlimited 16 January 2020. 24 Jan 2020 i called the Unlimited to do a follow up since this insurance company would never bother giving customer an update on the progress of the claim. I was told my claim has be taken for review and it takes 24 to 48 hours for this process to complete. The 24 to 48 hour promised never materialized. I did further follow up and I was told by another consultant that The Unlimited consultant whom I had spoken to earlier had misled me and that the review process turn around is indefinite. To date i have never received any feedback from the Unlimited. This Insurance company is hopeless. Imagine a 3 days claim with a indefinite review timeline. This is a joke, this company is not serious about business. It needs fundamental restructuring if were to be taken seriously. Simphiwe Ziqubu (pissed off customer)
