McAfee steal money with unorthorised renewal of subscriptions. They stole my money!

Excuse my cynicism, but there are so many complaints on many websites about McAfee renewing

subscriptions without the subscribers permission, that I assume they will continue to steal money.

They renewed my subscription of £51-53p on 9-11-12.I use Norton Internet Security and have done for

over one year! It is hardly suprising McAfee himself,is in hiding.Their staff are"programmed"to say, when

asked for a refund"we can't do anything about it!"

Can anyone stop McAfee stealing any more money? Or is McAfee untouchable? And are above the law!

Regards,L.Kettley(UK)

They took money from my husband account we don't have internet so why would we need a anti virus we never renewed our subscription.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company. You DID use a credit card didn't you, and not allow someone to just deduct money from your bank account?

They do tell you that in the terms of service. You agree to the renew price at the time.

You must call or email before the end of the year. It's always best to read before you sign something.

Not the companies fault. They count on boneheads like you to not read it and take your money!
