FTD florists charged me $116 and never delivered the flowers.

I ordered roses to be delivered for Christmas. They were supposed to be delivered on December 22. By the 24th, they still hadn't been delivered and I call ed the 24 hour cust service #. They said someone would get back to me. By the 26th, I had heard from no one, so I e-mailed customer service. I got an e-mail form letter saying they would contact me but they never did. I can't get a response from them at all and I am out $116 and the Christmas present I planned for the recipient was ruined.

You need to call in to get it refunded. A lot of times it is the florists fault that it wasn't delivered but ultimately the fault goes to FTD because they are the carrier.

They will not just hold the money.

If it was not delivered then you need to call and inform them of that and get your money back. They will not keep your money for no services.
