Uber - Faulty Charge
I was charged a faulty cleaning fee on my trip on 02/13/2020 at 2300. This is the 3rd time I was charged a faulty cleaning fee by one of your drivers. I am sick of this. I only brought my keys and wallet with me in the Uber. No food or beverage or minor bodily fluids were left behind. I do not understand why this keeps happening, but this is ridiculous. I spoke with the driver the whole way to my destination. There were no issues. Then 3 days after my ride Im charged with an $80 cleaning fee. I will not keep standing for this behavior by your drivers. I would like to speak with someone about this via phone not via messenger. I would like a full refund because I will not be charged a fee for something I didnt do. This is not okay. The fact this is the third time Ive had to deal with this is not okay. I have still been charged $80 for something I did not do. Im not okay with this at all.
