Panasonic - They Ripped Me Off

Panasonic should be ashamed of themselves! I own two Panasonic Viera Plasma TVs and both have had the blinking light errors. This is a problem that Panasonic is well aware of and does nothing about! This error happens when the faulty screws that they installed on their boards, comes loose and causes an arc, shorting out the board. I did contact Panasonic about the issue and they did not want to help me in the slightest! I ended up sending the boards out for repair, at my own expense. These televisions are junk! Panasonic is an unethical company, that wont rectify

User's recommendation: Don’t buy Panasonic, they produce garbage and will rip you off!!!

Chewy - Shop Elsewhere!

Chewys auto ship program is a joke! I had placed an order that happened to be on sale, to be shipped on Jan 11th. When I hadnt received it by the 13th, I decided to give them a call. They informed me that an item I had ordered was on back order and that they were holding the entire order until all items were available. I informed him that you need to let someone know by email as I was about to fun out of food. He then offered to send the order immediately but without honoring the sale price from my original order. This place is a joke and I will never order from them again! Be careful if you auto ship as you may not receive your items when you are expecting them.

Oswego Animal Hospital - Avoid At All Costs!

Please! Avoid this vet at all costs. They killed my dog! I brought a beautiful, healthy 2 year old Great Dane in for a routine spay. I was told that the surgery went well and we took her home for the night. She laid in her crate and didn’t move from that spot all night. The next morning I could tell that she wasn’t right. Her temperature was low, she was cold and her gums were pale. I rushed her in and the doctor told us that she had internal bleeding. I was told that she had to go back under immediately for emergency surgery to repair the area where they had botched her surgery. Within an hour she was gone! There is a reason for all of the bad reviews online about for this veterinary clinic. They have doctors that do NOT know what they’re doing! Her blood is now on their hands! They should not be allowed to practice!

Similar problems. Told one prescription was not covered but as always, it was.

for over six weeks was told that there was not enough supply. then they gave me 10 of 30 pills for that. Then they somehow changed the prescription to a total of 10. They have changed my address to an old one from 6 years ago.

CVS sends emails that prescriptions are ready for pick up to discover when I get there, they are not ready or don't enough, or are not covered...when they are. They have a drive-thru pick-up, however they neglect to you that they also do Covid-19 tests at drive-thru. So I was stuck in the car waiting for an hour as cars behind me built up to a dozen or more. I get up to the window and the pharmacist tells me to pull out of the drive-thru, park and come inside because the prescription won't be filled for a few minutes.

Why is the obvious not obvious to CVS employees and/or management,.

For me, CVS has become something I need to take medication because of, not get medication from. They made me physically ill from both their inability to fulfill services or provide any service The Surgeon General needs to post warnings on their doors or at least close them down and quarantine their management for 2 months to prevent their spreading stupidity and ignorance.

Panasonic Knowingly Refuses To Fix Faulty TVS

I purchased a Panasonic Viera television from Panasonic. Model number Tc-P55GT30. I have encountered the error code of seven flashing lights. This error code is known as the seven blinking lights of death. It is such a common problem Panasonic extended the warramty for this specific problem. When I called customer support they told me there was nothing they could do and to go to a service center for repair. This is a well documented problem that should be under recall. I Would like Panasonic to stand by their product and fix the TV. This TV was rated to last 40000-6**** hrs and I have less than 5000. Panasonic is well aware of this problem and knows that they made false claims of longvevity on these model TVs. Panasonic refuses to honor repairs on this faulty TV.

Best Buy - Terrible Customer Service!!! No Loyalty!!!

I have been shopping at the Oswego Il Best Buy since the store opened. I am a Loyal Platinum customer. I have bought all of my 7 flat screen tvs as well as my home theatre and all electronics exclusively at Best Buy. I am writing to you about a recent incident at this particular store. I placed an order for a 42 inch Visio Smart Tv. I was told the order would arrive on 4/2/15. I went to the store at 6 15 pm on the 2nd. The associate at the store informed me that the truck had not shown up and that it should have arrived at 3pm. She then informed me that even if it showed up I could not get the tv that night. After informing her that I needed something now she said that if I wanted someone could help me find another tv. I went to talk to an associate in the tv section. I explained my situation and told him I needed a tv tonight. I found a tv Samsung model UN404****AFXZA this tv was 444.99. The Vizio tv model M4221-I-BI WAS 429.99. This associate said he would talk to a manager and see if he could price match the tv. When he came back he explained that because it was a different brand the manager said no. I told the associate I can not believe that for 15 dollars Best Buy is losing a loyal lifetime customer. He was a very rude, ignorant associate and replied sorry that's how it is. I feel betrayed. After the 10s of thousands of dollars I have spent and the great recommendations I have given to people over the years to shop at Best Buy, this is a slap in the face. I left the store and purchased a tv at SAMs Club. I just wanted to let shoppers know how the manager at the Oswego store has turned away a lifetime customer.

ATT - Charges Fees For Services Not Rendered

Att has charged me a full month of service fees on 5 lines on only one day in my final billing cycle. These are the same fees that I was only charged a partial month for when I first joined Att. They will not *** when you join, probably because one would leave immediately. This is probably the reason they did not send a detailed bill as my final bill. I had to call and request one, now I know why! They have hit an all time low with these practices. I will never use Att or any company associated with Att! Be cautious about who you trust as a wireless provider.

UPS Negligent Driver! Poor Service!

The UPS driver in my area 60543 is the worst Mail delivery person I have had in 43 years. They are the most careless of all the mail delivery companies by far. It is probably just the driver because I don't really remember them being this bad before. A few months ago my wife witnessed the driver rolling an 1100 dollar speaker cab end to end down the ramp of her truck. Then she left it in the driveway in front of the garage. She happened to leave it in front of my wife's car and she had to move it with my dolly, causing her to be late for work. I complained to UPS and they told me they would talk to her and that they took complaints seriously. If they do take it serious, the driver obviously doesn't. Now months later I ordered another speaker cab, same result. Only this time not only was the package on the driveway and in front of my wife's car, the box is damaged. Now I have to open it and hope it's not damaged. If it is who gets the headache, you guessed it me. Stay away from ups if at all possible. They are expensive and no you do not get what you pay for!

ups is NOT a postal system and does not deliver mail, ups is a private carrier. one reason ups (and fedex) cannot put items in your mail box. The post office/usps is the us postal system and delivers the mail.

Mail, or post, is a system for transporting letters and other tangible objects: written documents, typically enclosed in envelopes, and also small packages are delivered to destinations around the world. Anything sent through the postal system is called mail or post.

A postal service can be PRIVATE or public, though many governments place restrictions on private systems.

That is why UPS AND FedEx can not put things in your mailbox.

Musicians Friend Is A Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Musician's Friend used to be a top notch company. Now, not so much. The price match guarantee is pretty much B.S. Just a scam to get you to the site. They only match if it is convenient for them, they will find a loophole or just tell you it is out of stock. I like new gear but you are almost forced now to shop used items locally. Every time there is a great deal the item is out of stock or some other issue. Don't even bother contacting customer service. They couldn't care less.Now that GC is partners with just about everybody they can do what ever they like. It's a shame all the items I've bought through MF and MF on eBay. I have sent many people over the years to MF and MF eBay. What a let down this company has become. They used to be good and try to make it right. Be careful when dealing with them they are out for themselves and not to make the customer happy.

I bought an electric guitar from them via their eBay store. The tracking info eventually came through, but instead of my order, it showed info for two other orders that weren’t mine.

I contacted them requesting correct tracking info:

“I’m watching the tracking info provided, and it is giving me details for 2 deliveries (I only ordered one).

One says it’s been delivered to ERLANGER , KY, and the other says it’s in transit to London, England. I’m in Melbourne, Australia.

Maybe my tracking info has been mixed up with someone else’s? Can I please get the tracking info for my item, so I can be here when the courier comes?”

, and they responded “Thank you. Let us know if you need anything else.” I replied “How does your reply in any way address my questions to you?” They replied “I apologize.

Your order has been shipped the GSP hub from there they will be in contact with you about the shipping.” I have no idea what the GSP hub is, and I don’t care. I just want a tracking number for an item I bought 2 weeks ago and should be here already.

All further emails requesting info were simply ignored by them. I have read so many bad things written about them online and in their eBay feedback, I’ll be amazed if they survive as a company with this bad excuse for customer service.

I'm real glad for other people who the price match has worked for. It has worked for me before too. I don't write bogus complaints just for the record.

The price match works if it is convenient for MF. If you find a real good deal they will tell you that the item is no longer available or some other excuse.

Chris from MF did take care of me on this issue with the Gibson SG.

I have since had another issue with a different guitar and they pulled the same thing. MF informed me the guitar was no longer available even though it was still listed live on their site. They said they would offer me a deal on a different guitar, but would not even come close to the deal they were originally offering on the guitar.

This complaint is more about MF leaving guitars live on their website when they are not available anymore. Then you check out and are waiting for delivery. Then they will contact you and say it is no longer available or back-ordered, but they will help you with a similar item. Then they will insult you with a horrible deal on an inferior product. Meanwhile you will lose out on the item you where trying to buy and it will not be on sale anymore anywhere.
