FTD-Do not use!

I placed an order to be delivered today 12/21/12 and it was never delivered. The most frustrating part is their customer service agent will not provide you with the local florists' information. So, even if that florist lies and says it was delivered, or delivered it elsewhere, you are unable to follow up with them. How ridiculous is that? The customer service representative, obviously at a call center outside of the United States, refused to give me her name or employee i.d. number. I will never use FTD again when there are so many other flower companies to choose from.

Main Reason they do not give out florist name is they do not pass it off all money!!!! they keep some money and give florist. They knows the cat can be out of the bag!!!!

You do realize that they can not give out the information about the florist because it is a legal issue right? With my experience regarding non-delivery, they take your word for it.

You need to call back in to get it resolved. It is against their company policy however to refuse to give the name and employee number....at least it is at other call centers.
