FTD-Do not use!
I placed an order to be delivered today 12/21/12 and it was never delivered. The most frustrating part is their customer service agent will not provide you with the local florists' information. So, even if that florist lies and says it was delivered, or delivered it elsewhere, you are unable to follow up with them. How ridiculous is that? The customer service representative, obviously at a call center outside of the United States, refused to give me her name or employee i.d. number. I will never use FTD again when there are so many other flower companies to choose from.
