Apple customer service in Warsaw

Dear Apple! Please, teach your consults in Warsaw how to communicate in English! My Polish is poor, and when i came to "iSpot" and just asked for a consultation in English, they were just staring at me and can't say a word. Finally, they're found a guy who can understand me, and i asked to show me the iPod shuffle, because i want to test it before buy. But when he brought me the test one, he realized that it was discharged! Is it normal for such prestigious company? I don't think so. Totally unsatisfied. And still without iPod.

They are authorized but they are not part of Apple. Your complaint needs to be made to/about the actual shop. After all they are the ones in POLAND that only gave staff that speak Polish, don't bother to charge their demos etc
