Wells Fargo has no customer service

I have a mortgage with Wells Fargo. Recently I received a notice from the IRS about my 1098 having the wrong social. I requested a corrected form 1098 but Wells Fargo refused siting the IRS law that does not require corrected socials. The IRS stated the law was intended for one or two incorrect digits not for a valid incorrect social reported on the form. As a customer of Wells I should receive the corrected form regardless of the law dispute. When their CEO's make billions and I can't get a .30 cent form, something is wrong. I worked in te mortgage industry for 30 years and I never treated my customers this way. This is exactly why the mortgage industry has secured such a bad image, they are all about huge profits and screwing the consumer. They made the mistake and they should fix it!!!!!!
