I wish I would have known this before I placed my order. I would not have placed it.

I just filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General.

I agree its inconsiderate that they would treat customers in this manner. Don't know if I will be ordering from them going forward...

Network Solutions - Customer service-LOL

I have had my website hosted by Network Solutions for about fifteen years or so and while by no means was this a stellar experience, at least you could get some sort of customer service be it technical or just account related. So i have my mobile website hosted by them...

UPDATE-i guess they hired more people or whatever but the situation seems to have gotten much better over the past few weeks. I was also advised on You Tube the best times to check for an open spot so that may have helped also.

I am painfully aware of the world situation-however-their delivery situation now is bull. I have been a customer since they began delivery in my area and i understand that deliveries right now are difficult. They have a thing called Delivery Pass. There are different tiers and i have had the six month midweek free delivery(well it is not really free you do pay but i usually have delivery once a week so it is worth it) anyway since i cannot get a delivery i want my money back for the pass. I have contacted them through every means possible and nothing. You cannot call them as they are making sure the wait time is so long that you get disconnected-they do not answer contact from their website nor Facebook. It is nice to know that by being a loyal customer for over five years when push comes to shove they treat you like (fill in blank) and you are nothing more than, well, nothing. I am not a happy customer.

User's recommendation: By the time you could get a time slot right now your probably will have found another service.

Comcast - Get a lawyer to read your contract before you sign or agree to anything

i am going to try to make this brief-they are very unethical, borderline scammers. We called customer service LOL regarding a question about our bill and i honestly do not know what happened but the rep-who should not be working for any company in the customer service department, make a mistake and changed our service which took away many stations that we watch. When we found out, which was almost immediate as i could not understand why we were getting "this channel is unavailable to your service" we were told OOOPS-there is nothing we can do we cannot put the channels back as that would put you in a different tier or some bull. If Comcast cannot put channels back after they completely screwed up, then they are thinking that everyone out there is a complete idiot. Still working on this as i am completely pissed but i cannot understand why a class action suit has never been filed against them. I have been a customer since the 1990s when cable first became available in my area and if this is the way i am thanked, then blank them. What other business completely screws up, changes your account, and are not help responsible for the error. I am in business and i can tell you if i messed up my customers would not be sitting around going, OKAY-thanks very much.
