Sprint - This is company has the worst Customer Service ever

On 2/20/18 I created an account to have my phone and iPad changed into my name and off of the account that I shared with a family member. We went to the store and told them we want to transfer the number, device, and the lease on both devices. We let Sprint store reps make the changes and when we left they said it would take 5 days and then all would be good. In the midst of those 5 days, things went from bad to OMFG worst. First I receive the email and I learn that the leases were not transferred over, the releasing account was charged all of both leases plus a $500 cancellation fee ($1500 total) so I called Change of Ownership (COO) on 2/22/18 and I was told that the person with the highest credit score is the one who keeps the lease. It is all about money: the lady preceded to tell me that I can get the same phone for no money down and start my own lease (I only had $240 left on my lease of a Galaxy Note 8) When I told COO that we were not informed of the credit score policy she said that they would make a one time exception and she sent me the paperwork to have both parties sign and told me to email them back. I email them back on 2/23/18 and she told me everything was fixed and the leases were to be with the devices on my account. I go into my account after I get this welcome to sprint letter with both devices and phone numbers on it and find that I no longer had any devices on my account. I call COO (they are closed today) so I call Sprint customer service and they proceed to tell me that they closed my account because I transferred both numbers and devices back to my family members account. Then for 2/20/18, they charged me $143 for one day of service! Then everyone keeps telling me to call COO but of course they are closed. This would not be such a problem if there weren't a huge communication (language) barrier with sprint CS which is located in some Asian speaking country. As soon as the lease is over I am taking my phone to T-mobile.

Sprint it the Worst of the top 4 cell phone companies phone & CS

First the cell phone service, it is the worst when it comes to dropped calls, service maps are a lie, and customer service is in the Philippines. It is hard for me to understand what they are saying and they too have a hard time understanding me, which makes the phone support horrible. When you dial * 3 you get a web page then you must click on speak to a representative, ***. I spend $350 for 3 phone lines, they try to get you based the phone, you pick a phone and they tell you they will lease it or sell it to you for about $20 per phone per month. Now the service is 3 phone lines for $140. If you calculate the charges that I just described - $60 (phones) + $140 (cell service) comes up to = $200! but my last bill was $342, that other $140, not really sure where it's at. This is my reason for leaving Sprint. I will be getting rid of my Sprint service in the next few months, going back to T-Mobile!

Texas Pain Relief Group Dr. Oyebola

If you want a pill mill this is the correct place. I was prescribed 540 Dilaudid pills for one month! When the dosage that I was taking was only 360 per month (I did not ask for this many and I even questioned the amount). The doctor did a simple surgery and I spent 1 month in the hospital, with internal bleeding. For which Dr. Oyebola felt "bad" for, gave me her private number, bought me dinner, bought me this spa basket and told me what to ask for in terms of pain medicine while I was in the hospital, which is totally illegal (giving patients that are not in your care medical advice. I can only speak for me and my experience with Dr Oyebola. I wouldn't recommend them because when they make a mistake instead of fixing it they fire you as a patient, because they think you are going to sue them, because I asked for my chart and surgical notes. I was in the midst of changing doctors, not related to the surgery. I was leaving this practice because they do not have emergency back up doctors (so they say) for people like me with sickle cell. I had no intention of suing. They also have PA's that make decisions without looking at the pt's records). To think a lawyer that my family asked me to talk to said that I have a strong case, but I was not looking to sue them, because Dr Oyebola showed that she cares about her patients and their well being, at least up until I asked for a copy of my medical and records.

I'm sorry you had a terrible experience however I've been doing pain management now for about 6 years and so far dr. Oyola has been the best pain management doctor I have ever been to she has done more for my pain management then any other practice I've been to no one is perfect 100% of the time

I feel ya, my first visit with her, she treated me like I was an addict. I contacted their main office and complained.

My next visit a woman from their main office facilitated to see if I wanted to continue care with her. She apologized and we had a "do over".

For the year that I was her pt she was great, she did 10+ procedures and none of them worked. The last time (June '15) I spent a month in the hospital and now I have no feeling in my left leg and it won't come back.

I joined a Sprint Framily plan

I purchased a phone on 5/30/2014, I paid the downpayment on the phone ($209.57) in cash. I returned the phone the next day and I was told that since I paid with cash it will take 10 business days to get the refund check in the mail. After 2 weeks I was told it takes 4 weeks and to call back after week 5. I called back and they told me that I will not get a check they will just credit my bill for the total refund cost. That was in mid june, I talked to a Sprint Rep on the 18th of June, and it showed on the internet that the credit will decrease my July 15th bill by the refund amount. I looked at my bill today and the refund was no longer there and my July bill was back to the regular amount. I called today and I was told that the credit was given after my July bill was done so now it will be on my August bill. With all of these billing issues I set up a payment arrangement for 7/5, they turned off my phone on 7/3, when I called them on this the rep said, "We are sorry for the inconvenience and it was our error and we will turn your phone back on in the next few minutes" I intended on paying the amount on the 3rd but the fact that they broke their own arrangement is crazy. The "Framily" plan is nothing like the advertised plan. You don't get the price they advertise and there are a lot of stipulations to the plan. Needless to say I have 3 phones on my account and it cost $300, that's with 7 people in our "Framily" and the cost of the service is supposed to be $25. Well, you get talk, text and 1GB of data for $25 sort of, because to get 4G speed you have to pay $20 per phone then they nickel and dime you for all of the Fed taxes, surcharges, state taxes and local taxes. So that $25 no longer look like a deal. I signed a 2 year contract and I will finish out my contract time, but I would not recommend this service provider to anyone. I let my grown daughter talk me into sprint and I went in with my eyes closed lol. Plus you cannot surf and talk at the same time with none of Sprint's phones. The phone service itself is not bad (other than the talk/surf thing) I haven't had any dropped calls or slow speeds. Now their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.

People are being put on the "framily plan" without their knowledge and are then dependent on strangers they have no contact with for the rates they pay. This just happened to my daughter and her husband in Massachusetts and they would not honor the free phone.

BBVA Compass Bank - Bank trasactions no longer per business day but now for time?

I was just informed that BBVA Compass Bank does not work on the "business day" premise. They process by time, I deposited money at 4pm (through bank transfer) the transaction was posted at 4:15pm. This is a new business practice from when I first opened my account. I make a deposit today and do a transaction today NSF fees are now setup for whichever transaction post to the account first, not when the transactions were made but when they are posted (something us consumers have no control over) So I have 2 NSF fees but no negative balance? The CS rep explained it to me as even if you make the purchase after you make the deposit, it is based on when the two transactions post to the account.

BBVA Compass did the same thing to me even thou I had ample funds in my Savings account. I transfer money automatically 1 a month to my savings from my checking account and the back said my accounts were not connected.

found the shortage about 9 am transfered funds before 10 am bank still charged me nsf fee.

Ive also noticed my payments that are set on auto pay are now posting about a week later then they use to . ???

Time Warner Cable company misstated advertising and more...

One question: why is there a Kudos subject but not a complaint subject? Is it because that subject would create a mailbox that can not be contained? I have your TV service, with your standard internet speed (since the TWC App does not work on any other home network) Not only is the app terrible but from a customer standpoint the service is just as bad. I have channels that pixelate,channels that the picture goes in and out, channels that the sound goes in and out, music channels that don't play music and the list goes on. The only part of my service that I do like is OnDemand, the selection not the way it works. The regular channel line up is a fraud, I have over 15 channels that are in triplicate and channels that do not work all together. I have had 7 tech appt.’s (4 techs) since I first placed my service order. It took 4 tech’s to get my service started and it still does not work correctly. I have made several complaints to several departments and all I get are “I’m sorry for your inconvenience”. I have a $230 bill that I will pay and I don’t get no where near $230’s worth of service. I was charged for things that I was told I was not going to be charged for (due to failures in installation and then some). Unfortunately my inconvenience is something this company makes money on. The Ad’s that are on the TWC.com website, on the commercials and in print are all purposefully and grossly misstated. The advertisements state that the TWC app will allow you to watch live tv, watch OnDemand and send recordings to your DVR. What they don’t state is that you must purchase their internet to use the app, without their internet you can watch 5 channels (live), a very small selection of OnDemand and send recordings that do not record to your DVR. If you have their internet the program will work as advertised but the picture quality on their internet is terrible at best I watched a 1 hour show and it stopped a total of 27 times on their regular internet service. On my non-twc internet (20 Mbps down) I am able to watch the limited OnDemand shows for an hour with no more than 2 interruptions. I will be posting this message in it’s entirety on PissedConsumer.com because people deserve to know the truth about the service or lack there of from a major cable company that charges people way more money than services it provides.

Added information: the TWCTV.com works just like the app, you only get all of the channels and benefits if you are on a Time Warner Cable internet connection.

I had Direct TV before TWC and I have AT&T internet and all of Direct TV's apps (android, internet, and phone) worked on my home network, so I know the technology is there, just have to wait for TWC to get with technology.

Here we are almost 3 months later and now Conn's is requesting another down payment in order for me to refinance my account! Although I signed a contract that was dated November 30, 2013, today they sent me another new contract requesting that I had to pay another down payment in order to refinance.

I called customer service and was told the same thing they have been telling all along:"...we will communicate your problem to the refiniance department and they will contact you".

I had even requested a phone call from the woman who emailed me the contract to sign, Sharon Ruth, still no response. I have a complete paper trail, to the refinance fiasco and the harassment to me by Conn's.

Boxedart.com is a scam! and their support is nonexistent!

I ordered a web design template Membership because a friend liked the template and there were other stuff being offered that I could Use. I placed my order 9/4/2013 after 48 hrs I noticed that I didn't have access to the other websites that were advertised as free , So I emailed support on 9/6. I never received any support at all! I received an Automated email with a ticket number and direction on how to Check the ticket status. In the ticket area there is a place to respond to the open ticket. I responded on 9/10, 9/5, and today! It has been 23 days with no response. They have no contact numbers or anything. I would say be cautious when purchasing a membership And Check to make sure you have access to all of the sites that were offered in the package.

boxedart is rubbish! I bought the graphics package they are offering and it's totally out of date, I've seen web templates made in 2007!!

The quality of the graphics are not good. There're only few things that are good, but not professional. Unfortunately I forgot to cancel my subscription and I've been charged, then I asked them nicely to give me a refund as I didn't want to pay for something I won't use and don't like and they said NO because their policies and blah blah...

They don't care customers at all. So don't buy it!!

Boxedart is SCAM!! Not for my mistake, for their rubbish graphic package.
