US Auto Transport Logistics - BECAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! US Auto Transport & Logistics LLC

I hired US Auto Transport & Logistics to take my vehicle from Texas to Monterrey in Mexico. This is an Escalade 2010 and due to unsafety in the highways of north Mexico I was advised that it would be better to transport the car in an enclosed truck. This company told me that they were going to pick up the vehicle in Austin Texas on Saturday November 3rd at 4pm, they called me on Sunday saying that they will pick it up in the morning and finally they did it at 6pm on November 4th. The morning of Monday November 5th they abandoned the car in Laredo Texas outside of an autopart store who kindly called me saying that my car was there and before calling the police and or the Tow Company they wanted to find out who was the owner of the car, I explained that I hired this company and asked for some time to contact them. I called US Auto Transport & Logistics and they told me that it was a misunderstanding because the manager of that autopart company would take care of my car but nobody knew that, even the Store Manager. In the midnight I received a call from the tow company saying that they had a report on my car and they had to remove it to the impound lot so I authorized to move it and keep it safe. I tried to contact US Auto Transport & Logistics LLC at that time to understand what was going on and nobody answered my phone calls. The following morning they sent me an email saying that they were not going to honor the contract because the car was not there. Nevertheless I told them that even though the tow company saved from a huge problem contacting me, they could pick the car up and finish the service. They never responded to me until I requested my money back, $789 USD plus $95 USD I had to pay to the two company and they said NO so I had to contact the Better Business Bureau and I expect to get my money back soon. They were very efficient to collect my money and then they lied and lied, a guy named Mike and his manager David gave me excuse and excuse, they were rude and finally they didn't recognize they are doing wrong business. I had to hire a serious person to ship the car and I had to pay twice. I passed very bad moments because my car was in the street and not in a nice area, this car costs around $80K USD so I lost time and money. The driver who picked up the car in Austin was a contractor and he was hired to deliver the car in Laredo, he can be a witness because we also was very mad with US Auto Transport & Logistics LLC, people from Autozone the autopart company also can explain this and they can be witnesses and finally the operator from the tow company who helped me keeping the car safe, he also can be a witness of this unfortunately situation. Be careful with this company, David Crupi and Mike Sharp.

American Auto Marine Llc - BECAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I requested an enclosed truck to send an SUV (Black Escalade ESV) from Laredo Texas to Monterrey, Nuevo Leon in Mexico, due to unsafe reasons in the highways of north of Mexico. This company quoted me $1,550 and we paid in advance 50%. Once the vehicle was picked up the driver called me saying that he was subcontracted by American Auto Marine to drive the car to Monterrey, I stopped the driver because he was going to put at risk his live, these cars are very likely for criminal organizations, the driver told me that this company does not have enclosed trucks and as a matter of fact, they are just a broker and they lie to its customers all the time, starting with their website. Michelle Liu the sales person was very kind until she received the payment and then she was rude and terse in her communications. She sent me two important communications, the first one saying that if they were not able to deliver the vehicle in Mexico they gave us our money back and she denied even though she wrote it and second, she quoted and invoiced an enclosed truck and she denied. In order to close this deal I requested to take the car back to The Woodlands near Houston Texas and she accepted but she recognized by email that they are just brokers and in order to move the car with another company/driver and take it back to Woodlands I would have to pay $500 more because I changed the destination. Finnally I paid the $500 more to the driver directly and I lost my money with American Auto Marine LLC.

I purchased a 2007 Seadoo and Trailer from American Auto Marine in June of 2012. To this date, ( March 30 2013), I still do not have my SeaDoo, Trailer, or my money.

I have been scammed! Michelle Liu, and George Auckland,( Directors of the Company), have done nothing but cheat me out of my hard earned money! I have a signed Bill Of Sale from American Auto Marine for my purchase, for anyone to see, if necessary. Stay away from these people.

Masters of deception. Google their address, 6830 Jardin Pl, Boca Raton Florida.

It's Michelle's house! Shameful behavior.
