PacificBanc Mortgage

I bought my home in December of 2005. After the housing crash, it kept depreciating in value. I refinanced in 2009. And then I refinanced again in 2012 with PacificBanc. I was just really impressed with how knowledgeable the lenders were and how they wanted to go out of their way to answer all of my questions. I was promised a fast closing and they certainly delivered. My interest rate is lower which is excellent because I'm not making as much money as I once was in 2005. Joseph Shalaby worked with me and helped make sure that I was taken care and the process didn't drag out any longer than it needed to. I'm just really pleased with how things went. And I just can't get over how friendly and helpful the employees. I'm use to receiving poor service so I'm always a bit shocked when I see a company that goes out of its way to make you feel right at home.

Frank, is that your real name? Are you for real or part of PacificBanc posting a phony feedback here?

I do not believe you have a successful transaction with them. You post a good feedback on the same date as others, what are the chances?

Can you supply the date and address for me to verify? Or Title company name, address and Escrow number?

PacificBanc Mortgage - PacificBanc Satisfaction

I went to PacificBanc to get a refinance offer on my home mortgage. I was very pleased with the service I received. I got a low rate and the closing time was fast just as I was promised. I spoke with Joe Shalaby and was very happy with the way everything turned out. I actually felt like a person throughout the whole process as well. I've worked with other lenders in the past and no one ever took the time to try and understand my situation and what I really needed. PacificBanc and its employees showed the utmost professionalism and did everything possible to answer all of my questions.
