My husband purchased three cabinets for CD storage for a total of $800.00. When they arrived, they were all three defective and/or damaged. I immediately called Spinkeeper. They said they would "replace" them. I declined because of the obvious poor quality for the money. They refused to help. At their insistence, I had to package the cabinets up "in all the original packaging" and ship them back to the warehouse at MY COST ($265) UPS. They then REFUSED to accept the cabinets once they got there 2 days later and say "they were significantly damaged even further". They still are refusing to return my money or refund the shipping. I am out a thousand bucks and have nothing. Do NOT use this company. I think they are a "front" company that only sells overseas junk and then refuses to stand by their purchases. I have my attorney sitting in waiting while our credit card company tries to get their money back. Ugh. Such losers.
