They are truly an amazing company. Not sure what this other person is talking about. It must be from someone that did not do business with them. They provided amazing information. I met with them in person. Not only did they resolve my tax issue, they helped me with me tax refund. John and Brad have done an amazing job for me. They were up front with all costs. They worked out a payment plan for me. It was not only affordable, they under promised and over delivered on service.
