Phruit Limited - Phruit’s got a never say die attitude towards deceiving customers

Some companies will never change, cut them down in one way and they will simply re-emerge in other. It's hard to keep customers away from such companies because they will simply keep changing form as they push ahead with their goal to deceive customers. Yet individuals do deserve to be warned about the intentions of a deceptive company beforehand. They deserve to know which company is on its rounds to make a fool out of them. A company that is presently out to fool customers is known as Coracall. And guess what, it is Phruit that is functioning under a new name all over again. Yes, if individuals think that Phruit disappeared forever in 2010, then they are wrong because they are very much back on the market scene and intend to stay. However, individuals should stay away from them lest they get caught up in its web of deception. For those readers who are unaware of the past of Phruit and therefore the threat that Coracall poses to individuals, let's take a close look at Phruit's infamous past.Phruit was a well known company in the United Kingdom until 2010 and that's when the truth about it came spilling out.Phruit indulged in unethical marketing acts and grossly violated the privacy of individuals. How did they do so? Well, their agents called up customers and began to extract personal information from them but stated that they were doing so only for research purposes and this is where they lied. In actuality, the information that was sold to various product selling companies and this resulted in a flood of phone calls to the homes of the concerned individuals. They got harassed by these product selling companies the entire day and night and wondered how on earth did their contact details reach these companies in the first place? This they wondered because they had opted for TPS compliance and had their numbers registered on the Do Not Call lists. So in spite of taking these measures, how did their number slip out? They began to think hard about this and realized that maybe Phruit Limited, the so-called market research company was behind this situation that they were in. And so they decided to get the authorities to look into the matter. A DMC investigation helped the ugly truth about Phruit to be discovered. It was revealed that Phruit had violated the following guidelines: 1. 21.18 and 21.20 on TPS compliance and data cleansing.2. 3.11 under which Phruit has a responsibility for compliance by suppliers.3. 3.18 on "sugging" or carrying out sales and marketing under the disguise of research. When the masses as well as the business world came to know about these facts they were totally shocked and they lost their trust in Phruit who had no option but to shut down. However, this was only a temporary move as they made plans of a comeback while they were underground and have now emerged as Coracall. But how can we say with such certainty that Phruit and Coracall are related? We can easily prove that the two are related by stating just three reasons: 1. Phruit had to disappear from the market scene in the UK, but it was not long before they shifted to South Africa, assumed a new name-Coracall and began functioning out of a call center in KwaZulu Natal, and yet a little research will help one understand that their proprietor is one and the same-British company Assured Capital Holdings.2. Also it's interesting to note that management is the same for both companies because Mr. Phil Lightfoot, the director of Phruit Limited is the Chief Executive Officer for Coracall!3. And the services offered by Coracall as well as the strategies employed by them are very similar to that of Phruit. So since Phruit is accessing customers via a different name now, their motives are still the same ie, to fool customers. So individuals have to stay away from Coracall no matter how much agents try to convince them that their intentions are good. However, if Coracall has already called them up then its time to put an end to this nonsense at once by contacting them at the following address:Barnby House,Barnby Gate,Newark, Nottinghamshire,NG24 1PZ.Or they can be called up at 08455 19**** Emily Edison is an active protestor against the exploits of deceptive companies like Coracall. She has urged individuals to stay away from it since it shares its roots with the deceptive company called Phruit Limited.

Coracall is definitely not a company you want to associate yourself with

Most companies are out to make profits and that is perfectly alright.Profits are absolutely essential to their sustenance and it is through customers that they make profits. But this does not in any way mean that customers should be exploited in order for a business to make profits. Yet there are a number of fraud businesses out there that would take the shortcut to financial gains at the cost of the customer. They would gladly exploit or deceive individuals out of their greed to make money. And a number of fraud companies have made their appearance on the business scene while in the future a number of such businesses will continue to do so. Coracall is one such company which at the present moment is out to fool customers. Readers might not believe this accusation against Coracall and their disbelief is justifiable because at the present moment Coracall is putting in its very best efforts to build a positive impression about itself. However, we can most definitely assure individuals that sooner or later Coracall is going to begin with its fraud practices and every one who had trusted it then is going to repent.Yet, with Coracall not making any such deceitful moves at the present moment how dare we muster up the courage to make such accusations against it? Well, we most definitely have the right to make such accusations against Coracall because it is related to the fraud company called Phruit. For those readers who have no clue about the infamous past of Coracall, lets take a quick look back at it. Phruit Limited was a UK based company that offered many services amongst which lead generation was one. Phruit enjoyed a really good reputation in the UK until the year 2010, when the truth about it came spilling out. What Phruit had done was totally unethical, agents of Phruit had made calls to individuals and taken out personal information from them by stating that it was purely for research purposes.Naïve individuals saw no harm in helping out with some details but the horrifying fact was that their details were sold to various product selling companies for financial gains. And then very soon the real nightmare began for individuals as their telephones kept on ringing non stop. The product selling companies that had acquired their numbers from Phruit started calling individuals and offering them similar products/services. And individuals got totally frustrated and disgusted with this flood of telemarketing calls. They began to wonder how their numbers got out to these companies when they had opted for TPS compliance and had their numbers registered on the Do Not Call lists. That is when the first wave of suspicion struck them-had they not given out their personal information to a so-called research company called Phruit. So these suspicious individuals decided that the matter should be reported to the authorities. This is when they decided to register a complaint with the DMC which promptly decided to look into the matter. A DMC investigation revealed that Phruit had openly flouted three very important guidelines: 1. 21.18 and 21.20 on TPS compliance and data cleansing.2. 3.11 under which Phruit has a responsibility for compliance by suppliers.3. 3.18 on "sugging" or carrying out sales and marketing under the disguise of research After this humiliating discovery of the actual unlawful acts Phruit had indulged in, it lost the respect of its customers as well as its credibility. It had no option but to shut down in the UK and that is where people thought the matter ended. But no they were wrong, Phruit while underground made careful plans to recover and has now re-emerged as the South Africa based company Coracall. But once again how can we prove that Coracall and Phruit are related to one another? Well, this we can do by simply stating three facts: 1. Although Phruit shut down in the UK, they relocated to South Africa, assumed the name Coracall and began functioning out of a call center in KwaZulu Natal yet their proprietor is British company Assured Capital Holdings.2. Also the management is basically the same because Mr. Phil Lightfoot, the director of Phruit Limited is the Chief Executive Officer for Coracall!3. And the services offered by Coracall as well as the strategies employed by them are very similar to that of Phruit. So Coracall is basically a new mask that Phruit has adopted as it has set out to fool individuals all over again. Agents of Coracall will try their very best to fool customers by stating that their intentions are all good. But individuals would be thankful to themselves if they just stayed away from it.However,if they have already started receiving calls from Coracall, then its high time they make a complaint against it at the following address: Barnby House,Barnby Gate,Newark,Nottinghamshire,NG24 1PZ.Or they can be called up at 08455 19**** Shaun Aster is actively out to take down fraud companies like Coracall. She is warning customers to stay away as it is related to Phruit Limited which has been found to be guilty of indulging in unethical marketing practices.

Run away from Coracall!

Individuals are blind to the true intentions of a particular business probably because they put on such a good mask of deception. By nature individuals are unsuspecting and they tend to take a business at its face value. One would have to be absolutely paranoid to do a background check on each and every business that approaches them. And this unsuspecting nature has cost them dearly. There are a number of fraud businesses that will stop at nothing to get what they want. Many fraud businesses are driven by greed and use customers to make financial gains. Innocent customers become victims to their cruel plans and schemes of deception. However, would not the situation have been so much better if individuals had received some afore mentioned information about a particular business.Atleast then they could have stayed away from the particular business. And even if then after repeated warning they still decided to trust a business then they could totally blame themselves. But if it is known that a particular company is out to fool customers then it is some kind of moral obligation to pass the message onto others. At the present moment a company called Coracall is in operation and it is slowly but surely spinning its web of deception. Now, Coracall is being very careful about its activities which mean that its true intentions are well hidden under the surface. But in due course of time, its true nature will emerge as it shares its roots with a well known fraud company called Phruit. Most individuals are aware about the infamous Phruit Limited but for those who are not, it's wise to take a fast recapitulation.Phruit Limted was a UK based company that until 2010 enjoyed immense reputation but then its acts of deception were revealed. Agents of Phruit used to call up individuals and ask them for personal data by stating that it was for research purposes. When individuals heard that it was for research or surveys, they saw no harm in giving out this information. However, agents had lied about the information being wanted for research purposes. This is because whatever information was obtained was sold to various product selling companies in return for financial gains. Soon the telephones of customers started ringing off the hook constantly. And individuals were puzzled as to how their contact numbers reached these product selling companies when they had opted for TPS compliance and had their numbers registered on the Do Not Call lists. After giving some thought to the matter, all suspicion started pointing towards Phruit. So angered individuals asked the DMC to launch an investigation against Phruit. The DMC investigation against Phruit, threw up some shocking facts: 1. 21.18 and 21.20 on TPS compliance and data cleansing.2. 3.11 under which Phruit has a responsibility for compliance by suppliers.3. 3.18 on "sugging" or carrying out sales and marketing under the disguise of research Phruit lost its reputation and had to flee from the UK scene, but this was not meant to last forever. Phruit while underground made plans for its comeback and although they are now located in South Africa and function by a new name Coracall, they are surely back with a bang. But we still need to prove how Phruit and Coracall are related. By simply stating three facts we can prove how they are related: 1. Although Phruit shut down in the UK, they relocated to South Africa, took on a new name-Coracall and began functioning out of a call center in KwaZulu Natal yet their proprietor is British company Assured Capital Holdings.2. Also the management has not as Mr. Phil Lightfoot, the director of Phruit Limited is the Chief Executive Officer for Coracall!3. And the services offered by Coracall as well as the strategies employed by them are very similar to that of Phruit.Despite stating all these facts, agents of Coracall will still state how they have no such harmful intentions against individuals. However, once warned it would be truly wise if individuals stayed away. If however, one has already started receiving calls from Coracall, they should immediately put an end to it by contacting Coracall at the following address: Barnby House,Barnby Gate,Newark, Nottinghamshire,NG24 1PZ.Or they can be called up at 08455 19**** Shaun Aster will not sit around and let fraud companies like Coracall make a fool of customers. She has highlighted how since Coracall is related to the fraud company called Phruit it is sure to follow in its footsteps.

They too are trying to break the trust of their customer. Such a company that can be commonly blamed for breaching the trust of their customer is Phruit. In an investigation, DMC came to know about Phruit and its illegal practices just with a single complaint phruit were suspended from its membership. Eminent rules that are broken by Phruit are: 1. 21.18 and 21.20 on TPS compliance and data cleansing 2. 3.11 under which Phruit has a responsibility for compliance by suppliers 3. 3.18 on "sugging" or carrying out sales and marketing under the disguise of research This was a severe case, Phruit is known to breach fundamental code provisions complying with TPS norms, falsification of identity, and as well, they failed to make sure that their contractor was also code-compliant. Apart from suspension, DMA also dictated that their suspension would be lifted if sole condition that Phruit has to provide evidence of action when taken to ensure compliance with Code of Practice. It is most vital to uphold professional standards that direct entire marketing industry, DMC has recommended to suspend Phruit from DMA membership that clearly stated that it does not comply with Code of the Association. For one whole year Phruit has been suspended and dictated that the suspension will not be uplifted until Phruit is able to show them enough proof that the action they had taken for so long had compliance with DMA rules. Now DMA wants only those members at their agency who do not compromise with their standards. One needs to be trustworthy and maintain their professional ethics to get privilege from DMA membership. DMA code of practice is considered as cornerstone in its unique attempt to maintain political, commercial and consumer rights. For this reason if any company is failing to maintain their standards as per DMA, norms then it will be forcing to bring down the reputation of themselves along with the association. As Phruit got involved in unethical practices so DMA has got no option left other than to suspend it from their agency. Just a single complaint knocked down the reputation and faith of Phruit in the market. Consumer rights do have a pandemonium that got it suspended from DMA's prestigious membership. This upholds that consumer right is preserved at first by the association. If someone is getting calls from Phruit then they can directly mail to their director, Phil Lightfoot, or can reach them at the following address given below: Phruit Limited The Barn Huddlestone's Wharf Newark Nottinghamshire Ng24 4ul Contact then at: 0844 41 4* 741 This is no doubt a good way to let the company get aware of customer dissatisfaction and eventually make them realize that they should stop such malpractices as soon as possible to maintain their business ethics and reputation. Phruit Limited, reputed lead generation company in UK is a good example who recently was involved in such unethical practices and made their reputation at stake. A single complaint from a customer fueled investigation against them, and it was found that the company has broken three most important DMC codes, this includes: 1. 21.18 and 21.20 on TPS compliance and data cleansing2. 3.11 under which Phruit has a responsibility for compliance by suppliers3. 3.18 on "sugging" or carrying out sales and marketing under the disguise of research Based on this complaints DMA suspended Phruit from its membership. TPS - Do not fear marketing calls anymore: Be under protective layer of consumer rights

Sharing information without making people aware that they are going to get marketing calls which they do not desire, is an illegal step. Collecting information about a particular individual in the form of a survey call and then selling out that information to product selling companies is popularly known as "˜sugging'. Members of DMC who accounts of this allegation can be suspended or their company may be ceased if they are found guilty. You may get innumerous call every day and you may be irritated by them. You think to register your number to TPS. However, after TPS registration you still find that you are getting marketing calls. Do not blame TPS for it. It is not them who have breached your trust but it is some lead generation company that has made you fool. Such a reputable lead generation company running in UK do got charges against them and got themselves banned from DMC. This case was a telemarketing activity undertaken by Phruit. Commission has investigated based on a complaint from single consumer who was registered with TPS but still has been contacted with of will-writing services, which Phruit has previously offered him in the guise of a survey call. Then DMC found out that there were about 100 web-based complaints against Phruit and there was an attempt to validate compliance with TPS cleansing. Those 100 complaints were attributed to Phruit directly or to companies who were using their data. Commission underwent a two-year discussion period with Phruit and their compliance team and anchored their ongoing concern over TPS compliance and misrepresentation of research. Based on the evidence forwarded to commission, it was found that Phruit was misrepresenting itself as a survey company, but the calls were actually designed to sells and goods and services to people concerned. The practice was made public through number complaints, and it was seen that Phruit was no better than a cold cal marketing agency. Lot of sub sequent complaint where made against those companies who were using Phruit's data and while Phruit in turn responded to certain questions the company failed to provide key data as to why they share data to other companies, even the information of those who have already registered for TPS. Commission found it breaching three codes of practices, namely: 1. 21.18 and 21.20 based on TPS compliance and data cleansing.2. 3.11 is another rule under which Phruit has a responsibility for compliance by suppliers.3. 3.18 charged on for "sugging" or carrying out sales and marketing under the disguise of research. Compliance found this as a serious offence and saw that it involved fundamental code on TPS compliance, misrepresentation and failure to comply by code-complaint. Commission proposed that Phruit will be suspended for a whole year and the lifting of this suspension is conditional. To get membership Phruit needs to prove that they were not guilty and has to justify their action. If you have, fallen prey of such marketing calls forwarded from Phruit then feels free to make your complaints their office address. Contact them at:Phruit LimitedThe BarnHuddlestone's WharfNewarkNottinghamshireNg24 4ulOr you can call Phruit at: 0844 41 4* 741 Shaun Aster is a prolific writer who generally writes on issues related to consumer rights and their violation. Phruit Limited - Unethical Practice by lead generation companies: What can stop them ?

With the competition on the rise, unethical business practices have also increased across different domains. Every now and then we come across news of some companies caught in fraudulent or unethical act. Even the companies who consider themselves as industry leaders are not far behind. They too are part of such heinous acts. For example "" Phruit Limited, a well known name in lead generation industry in the United Kingdom was found involved in unethical business practices. In an investigation by DMC, triggered by a single complaint, it was found that the company breached the following DMA provisions:- "¢ 21.18 and 21.20 on TPS compliance and data cleansing"¢ 3.11 under which Phruit has a responsibility for compliance by suppliers "¢ 3.18 on "sugging" or carrying out sales and marketing under the disguise of research The Commission thought this was a very serious case involving breach of fundamental code provisions on TPS compliance, misrepresentation of self as well as failure to ensure that the contractors of the company were code-compliant. As a result of this, the commission proposed that Phruit's membership of the DMA should be suspended for a period of at least one year. The commission also added that this suspension should thereafter be lifted on condition that Phruit has to provide on evidence of action taken to ensure compliance with the Code of Practice. George Kidd, chair of the Direct Marketing Commission, said: "It's vital that we uphold the high professional standards that define the direct marketing industry. Our recommendation to suspend Phruit from DMA membership clearly illustrates the seriousness of failure to comply with the Association's Code. Following this proposal Direct Marketing Association suspended Phruit from its membership for one whole year. Membership of the DMA is an obvious indicator of a company adhering to the highest standards. The DMA membership stands for professionalism and trustworthiness. The DMA code of practice is considered as the cornerstone in its attempts to build and maintain political, commercial as well as consumer faith in direct marketing. For that reason, any company which fails to maintain these high standards brings both the association as well as the industry as a whole into disgrace. As Phruit Limited did practice such unethical practices, the Direct Marketing Association had no options left but to suspend Phruit Limited from its membership. So, one can clearly understand that even a single complaint can fuel an uproar that can eventually suspend a company from a prestigious membership. So, only you have the power to do things right. If you know someone who is getting marketing calls even after he has opted for TPS, tell him to lodge a complaint against it immediately. He can also post his complaint on the web via various online complaint boards and comment on complaints that are already there. After that, do not forget to lodge your complaint and disclose the number on various online platforms. This will be a fitting punishment for such companies.
