Comcastic

I signed up for triple play in July 2011. Charges were not what they were promised to be, but I fougt it and won (I had everything in writing from the door to door salesman. I moved in August 2012. After I moved, I attempted to move my services to the new location - however, it tirned out that Comcast does not provide service to where I live. So - Comcast charged me an early termination fee of $90.00. I complained to Comcast, talked to several people in customer service, billing nad finally pr. Everyone seemed to think that it is only fair for me to pay the fee - after all, I should have moved to COMCAST SERVICE AREA!! I am very very disappointed with the service and the treatment I got when trying to make things right.
