Because Ken, the manager of Broadway Furniture, has a no refund policy but carries old and blemished factory rejects, DO NOT BUY ANTHING at Broadway Furniture without first examining the manufacturer's tag proving the year the item was made, looking for blemishes, stains, signs of wear and tear, etc. In our experience, we had to exchange six times before we were content but had to pay for the deliveries, costing us $300 more than our original purchase price. The delivery man said it was not unusual for customers to reject furniture four to seven times before finding a piece that was normal and satisfactory. In hindsight we should checked reviews before we drove to BF.
