Xfinity - Automated atendant will not let you speak to a person

I tried many comcast numbers and got the same annoying voiced bot. It did not transfer me to a person as I asked many times. It actually sent me a text to do it myself!!

User's recommendation: don't they do not care about the customer.

Toll Brothers - We lost 80,000

I am unable to do the pro and con because the buttons do not work on this site. So I will mention it here.

The PRO's are many, selection, ease of lifestyle, helpful fun employees.

The CON's are they do not look at each case individually treat a default as generic. Our issue was the market was bad to sell our home

we decided to build with toll but our home would not sell. W had to back out and they were able to resell it quickly. Toll kept our deposit. We are not wealthy and were 62 at the time. They did say if we ever build again we would be able to use some of that money and when we tried three years later they said there is no paperwork of the original transaction. I don't think the company realizes what is does to peoples lives. They lost nothing.
