DOORDASH - Another bad experience with Customer Service

Use Another problem with order this time from POPEYE'S. Food arrived late and cold. Only thing worth eating was the soft drinks, thew the rest away. Complained to DOORDASH "so called" Customer Service and was told, " SORRY, BUT CANNOT OFFER ANY COMPENSATION. So I told them to CANCEL MY DASS PASS, and told them I would go back to GRUB HUB, due to MUCH BETTER customer service.

User's recommendation: Use GRUB HUB instead.

DOORDASH - Poor Customer Service

Food arrived cold, no compensation from DOORDASH or from restaurant. Very disappointed with DOORDASH and THIS ORDER. My recommendation use GRUBHUB, they issue you a credit when customer order is missing items or ARRIVES COLD like mine. Probably will cancel my DOOR DASH DashPass due to this POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from DOORDASH. Also will post this on internet, Social Media, and Pissed Consumer. DOORDASH has done just that, turned me into a PISSED CONSUMER with DOORDASH's lack of any customer service on this order. USE GRUB HUB, instead, they have much better customer service. Art M. TEXAS

Bbva Compass Bank - Insufficient Fees too high

Insufficient fess of $37.00 each are excessive and are higher than many other banks, such as CHASE. They are applied ever if you are $0.01 over for any time period. That's why people are moving to CREDIT UNIONS at a alaming rate. TIME FOR BANK TO BE LESS COLD ANG GREEDY.

Little Caesars Visit - Pizza & Very Bad Customer Service

Bottom line Little Caesars needs to do better. PART 1. Back on Aug 12, 2018 visited Little Caesars in Spring, TX (a company store) Placed and order and told the counter person I wanted to wait for a fresh pizza coming out of the oven, as I had a long way to drive, she said "No Problem". After waiting a short time the counter person went to check on my order. I could hear her talking to a male employee telling him I was waiting on a pizza to come out, he told her "Just give him this one, it just came up". She gave it to me and I left to get on the road, about 5 min later one of my passengers decided to try a slice, It was "Stale and Barely Warm". The crust was hard like it had be setting for quite some time. Cheese and topping were not even warm. They must have lied to the counter person, because it had not "Just Come Up" and was not fit to eat. We threw the pizza out. PART 2 - (It gets worse) Later, I tried to reach Little Caesars Customer Service line, it said "Closed Call Back", so I completed a online form relaying my experience. Stating I wanted the pizza replaced. Got no response, so I called the Customer Service line to follow up, they seemed to have trouble finding my complaint, then said it was found, but she would take by phone, and since it was a "Corporate / Company Store"' I would get a very quick response. Story relayed, asked for replacement by coupon as that is ALL I WANTED. Left Cell # and E-mail address and address to mail order replacement coupon. - You guested it "NO RESPONSE", even from a "Corporate Store" complaint. No Less Than 3 Formal Complaints. Called back in a few days, they took the complaint again, said I would get right back to me, again said "All I want is replacement" at this point I could care less about telling the story again and getting an apology. Several days later, I get a message on my Voice Mail from David Batista at Spring TX Little Caesars, telling me to call him back or e-mail him, he did not spell his 2 e-mails he left in message, so my email I sent was not replied to and when I called him back at the Spring TX location - "You guested it" - He was not there. Guess they just think their customers will just get tired and forget, as their "Customer Service". I will not forget. I only wanted a replacement pizza. Thru the years I have had replacement meals when orders were wrong or substandard food was purchased. McDonalds, Whataburger, Burger King, and several others, just sent replacement coupons or vouchers, or told me the location had my name and I would get my replacement meal when I come in, just mention the managers name and my name. It's non ROCKET SICENCE - Just good customer service. Maybe LITTLE CAESARS could take lessons from McDONALDS, they seem to know what they are doing in the customer service department. Art M.

After hearing on the news tonight (03-18-2018) that KROGER has decided to pull all magazines that feature or have AR-15 or other defensive sporting rifles in them from their shelves, I have decided to discontinue trading with KROGER. It appears to be a short-sided attempt to appease the anti gun left leaning crowd and to get some free publicity. I have been a loyal longtime customer of KROGER for more than 25 years, and have traded and supported them as I thought they valued my business, I was mistaken, they must not value my business at all. I take the Second Amendment of the Constitution very seriously and have been an avid shooter of the AR15 and other defensive rifles for many years, and will continue to do so with the AR15, as it is the MOST popular rifle in the US. Banning the magazines that feature the AR15 and other defensive rifles from KROGER shelves in response to a tragic school shooting buy a deranged individual who the FBI and others had been warned might commit such an act, seems only an attempt to get free publicity from a tragic preventable event. Under that logic KROGER would ban all magazines that feature LAW ENFORCEMENT officers or magazines that feature TRUCKS or CARS that look like the ones used by deranged individuals that have run over people in several attacks using a motor vehicle or magazines that feature KNIVES, since there have been several attacks by deranged people using KNIVES. I will be trading with HEB and WALMART who offer groceries and other items, who are about the same distance from my house. Bottom line if you will not support me, I will not continue to support your company any longer. A. May Spring, Texas

A. MaySince you live in Spring Texas, a good idea is to go to the Regional office for the Houston Texas location in Shenandoah, which is close to Spring, and complain there.

Montgomery County TX MUD #89 Over charged me after Hurricane Harvey. On 10-17-2017 Montgomery County TX MUD #89 Water / Sewer cut off my water for non payment. Here are the details 1. Payment was to be paid by 10-17-2017. Since we devastated by Hurricane Harvey and have not been able to open my business, we were out of money until my SS cleared my account on 10-18-2017 I log on to Montgomery County MOC web site to pay as I always do. Their system, unknown to had locked me out so we could not pay. I thought it was on my end so we kept trying to reboot and continued to pay without results. 2. While trying to pay, Montgomery County MUD 89 cut my water off. I called them and relayed all the circumstances, that we were devastated by Hurricane Harvey, could not open by business as of yet, and needed help. Their HEARTLESS reply was it would now cost an additional $81.10 to get water turned back on. This breakdown was $25.00 for an extra deposit, $50.00 reconnect fee, and to to it off a $11.10 fee to pay the bill by phone, as we did not have a working car available to get to their office by the 2:00 PM deadline to get water turned back on today. So we had to use $81.10 of the $100.00 we had set aside to buy food. TALK ABOUT KICKING SOME WHEN THEIR DOWN - THIS IS JUST WRONG. Politicians wonder why we say " throw the bums out", " drain the swamp" because the government never seems to care how they hurt someone when they are down and trying to recover from the worst disaster to hit the U.S. STATE and or COUNTY officials need to fix this some people trying to recover are not harmed more by our STATE or LOCAL GOVERMENT. They are the one ones who come to the microphone and sincerely ask us to report any price gouging or over charging during or after a natural disaster. SUCH HYPOCRITES - They don't really care, its just for the sound bite.

Coca Cola - Done with COCA-COLA with high fructose corn syrup

Been drinking COCA-COLA for many years, it has changed some thru the years, but I continued to purchase and drink. However recently tried PEPSI with REAL CANE SUGAR, wow what a difference, like the old Coca-Cola and like the Coca-Cola's in europe and Mexico. Real Cain Sugar really makes a difference. I have stopped buying or drinking Coca-Cola that has High Fructose Corn Syrup, guess I will just buy PEPSI with Real Cane Sugar, unless Coca-Cola starts to offer Real Cane Sugar in their cola. COCA-COLA , I am not the only one, it would increase your sales in US, it's up to you.

Their sauces most likely come to them pre-made. I worked my way through college for a similar chain and every sauce came pre-made.

If a dish with a particular sauce was discontinued, there was a good chance we would no longer have that sauce.

BTW: OG does not employ chefs, they employ cooks and there is a huge difference. If you have had luck getting Carrabba's to whip you up specialty sauces, you have gotten lucky but don't think for one minute you could go on vacation and eat at a different Carrabbas's and have the same luck.

I bought a 10 piece of dark meat at churches chicken I got home got out my car grabbed the bag my chicken was in and very next thing I knew the whole bottom of the bag had busted and all of the chicken fell out and hit the ground.I called and ask to speak to the manager she gets on the phone and I told her what well the response I got from her was call me back in 10 minutes. First of all that was very rude in you because you should of resolved my complaint and second of all I wasn't calling u to get a refund or a free meal because money is no problem to me I was trying to geta point across to u that u have really poor service there for u gave me a poor service so therefore I think Popeye's will be getting one of your customers from here on out and by the way that was churches chicken in Cleveland ms.

NATIONAL CAR RENTAL - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HOUSTON

I have been a loyal National customer for over 20 years and for many years at the top of their Emerald Club known as Emerald Executive Elite, meaning we rent a lot, over 40 weeks out of the year. Arrived at Bush International Airport in Houston 12-17-2015 to pick up my rental, only to find out as of OCT 2015 they now add an additional $250.00 to the amount of the rental amount charged to you credit card. They will refund that amount upon the return of the rental, however I was not told of this new policy, nor was it easy to find when booking the rental, most likely hidden in the fine print as of of the National managers mentioned. Problem was being Christmas time and month end I did not have a credit card with a credit available for price of the rental $88.10 + the $250.00 additional deposit now they want to charge. Total $338.10. My card was only a few dollars short, so they would not rent the car. I thought it was terrible to spring this on me at the last minute. I offered to split the charges on 2 different cards, REFUSED. I offered to pay the deposit and or rental in cash, REFUSED. I offered to use my debit card that had plenty of funds on it to cover the amount, REFUSED. I needed the rental for a business meeting and a trade show in Houston, and had been dropped off at the location by a business associate, who had left and was now stranded at NATIONAL, with no way to get to my location app 25 miles away. I had to send 3 hrs trying to get home, no thanks to NATIONAL. Told supervisor / manager a cab would cost over $100.00 to $150.00 to get to my location, sorry but there is nothing I can do. She would not waive the deposit this one time, nor would she accept cash or split charges on 2 cards. I was just on my own, it was my problem. After spending 3 hours stranded at NATIONAL I was finally able to get someone to come get me but they had to drive app 50 miles to do so. I TOLD ANYONE WHO WOULD LISTEN IF THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TO RENT WITH NATIONAL CAR RENTAL IT WOULD BE MY LAST.... This cold have been fixed easily if customer service and customer retention was the focus, what good does it do to have a manager with no power to FIX a problem. NATIONAL, was in my opinion the BEST car rental company with the BEST customer service, but it looks like that boat has sailed. Ever since NATIONAL, ALAMO, and ENTERPRISE got together, NATIONAL CAR RENTAL has suffered a loss in direction and customer service. The policy of the $250.00 deposit came over from ENTERPRISE, no doubt from some corporate empty suit who thought it would be a great idea to have NATIONAL to implement our policy. THIS is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I imagine, this has happen to others, with no warning until they arrive at the rental location. I mean NOTICABLE WARNING, not hidden in the fine print. This just the kind of action that might bring a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT down on the company, others have be filed for less and were VERY expensive to the company involved. If it happed to me, I sure there have been others who were treated similarly. Word to the wise, watch your company backside of this policy... I encourage others to voice their experiences with this policy and if you thought it is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Art M. Houston,TX
