Naples Luxury Imports - Bentley Naples provided us with an unprofessional service

We acquired a brand new 2012 Bentley GTC (Vin # SCBGR3ZAXCC077191). Sticker price around $239,000. We had multiple problems from the start. It was sold to us with defective tires which had to be replaced. The vehicle broke down twice. One of those times the vehicle shut down at 45mph in three lanes of traffic with loss of brakes and steering! One time Bentley Naples returned the car back to us it had two dents on the driver's side, a deep scratch on the fender, the exterior was filthy and the interior looked like someone had thrown coffee all over it. On another occasion the car was returned back to us with two more dents in different places. In total they put four dents in this car and one deep scratch that meant the entire rear fender had to be repainted. However, they couldn't even get that paint repair done properly. It took them multiple attempts to get it looking right, weeks and weeks back and forth. It seemed like the vehicle was in the shop for more time than we ever got to have it. We found this dealership to be unprofessional, irresponsible, incompetent and they had no respect for our vehicle whatsoever! A Defective Motor Vehicle report was filed with Attorney General's office as the vehicle was claimed to be a lemon under Florida Lemon Law. It failed its final inspection because it broke down 48 hours before the appointment. Eventually Bentley bought the vehicle back as a "manufacturer buy-back". They also tried to make us sign a non-disclosure agreement because they didn't want this negative information being made public. We refused, took the refund check and walked away. We would never buy another Bentley and we would never buy any vehicle from this dealership. We have full documentation and photographs to back up all of the facts above.

In addition to my new Bentley I currently own a 13 Cali, 4 Mercedes, and Range Rover among other vehicles. I am an admitted car addict and always shop for the best deal. Primarily I am a Pa resident but live part time in Naples. Despite wanting to keep my new GTC at my Pa home (where there are 4 Bentley dealers within 90 miles), I choose to buy from Naples Bentley and transport the car north. Prior to my purchase I had several visits to the dealership. Jeff spent lots of time making sure I found the car that was right for me. He and Jason made me a deal that was very fair.

At delivery Jeff took extra time to Bluetooth my iPhone, set up my Sirius account and make sure I was comfortable. My only regret is that I won't have this car in Florida and will have to have it serviced up north. I had an 08 GTC in Naples for awhile and the service at Naples Bentley was top notch. They took care of my cars needs when I was not in town and I would return to find a clean well cared for car in my garage.

I know that when my car addiction acts up again I be back to Naples Bentley


I wish you the very best of luck taking your car back to Naples Bentley or having any dealings with them whatsoever. Very strange why anyone would write a positive review at this particular web site (pissed consumer).

Maybe its an attempt to cover-over a negative review of this dealer. Jeff the salesman is ok.

Jason (the general manager) is not ok. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER !!!


Good for you. I am glad you had the strength to carry through for a refund. It lookslike you do not always get what you pay for.
