Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATIONS

You can not rely on these people to do ANYTHING. I asked them 3 times on 3 separate occasions to provide me with the location of my deceased grandparents. They made no effort to assist me. On two occasions, I drove over 300 km's to acquire this simple information. They could care less!! On a separate matter, I asked their funeral director a simple question as to what steps are necessary to facilitate having my Mother's ashes transferred from one urn into that of another? She wouldn't/couldn't tell me but hinted for me to do an upsell instead. She insisted that I go to a separate office to do - just that. She pretended to take notes and then said she would get back to me by the afternoon after taking all my information. That was several weeks ago! She is the Director. If she doesn't know, then who does? She never had any intention of getting back to me unless I was going to fork out lots of green again!! Next: When I would lay a flower on my Mothers niche plaque, by the next day...it was gone! This was the case with real as well as artificial flowers. Just a tiny flower and they would pull it out the very next day. I once Crazy Glued a flower in and they still managed to pull it out. No one would repeatedly do this! Next. The burial grounds are cluttered with people's junk! They don't make an effort to keep it tidy in the least. Different people mourn their loved ones in their own preferred way, some in doing so, leave all kinds of clutter everywhere and it makes it a royal mess for other people's loved ones! IN addition to this, they seem to throw Hamptons and headstones anywhere in any position. The grass is not kept neet and there is very poor signage for direction. Last: the staff at the front desk are rude and militant people on an ego trip of their very own. These are your rejects in society, that would have a difficult time finding gainful employment elsewhere. Just militant and rude! I was supposed to be put to rest there, but after what I have observed, it's the last place I would want to be!

Magicjack - Stay away from this fraudulent and non communicative possibly corrupt company
For the last 3 weeks, I've been receiving reminder emails to renew my magic jack device. I paid for 3 years just about a year ago; and yet, when I go to call them, they won't answer their phones, or claim that I'm the wrong person with my own phone number. They will not return calls, despite what they have instructed their reps to say. It's a rip off, they bill you every year no matter how many years you have signed and paid for in advance.
