Keeler Honda - No backing of certified vehicle warrenty

Daughters mirror popped off. She did not hit anything, no marks on mirror at all.

Vehicle was purchased under a year ago as certified. They looked at it and said they had to replace the whole mirror as it would fall off eventually and could not cover it as it might have happened after I owned it. (Again, no marks) I said to just replace the mirror itself and now they say there is damage INSIDE the mirrorWHAT!!!! This was a certified vehicle that apparently had damage before I purchased it.

They want 465.00 to fix it.

This vehicle was initially delivered with paint damage all over it. I had to return it for painting.

Now this which was apparently there before. They dont honor their warrenty.

Mercari - Fraudulent advertising

DoA seller advertised an item I purchased as new. When it arrived it had been used or opened and was missing the book and a few parts. As I had not dealt with this before I requested a discount on the item and I would keep it from the seller. I received no response so I contact Mercari. They said no discounts and it was TOO LATE too return it and also to send photos. How do you send photos of missing items and how is it too late when there is fraudulent advertising? I did send photos of what I had, but again they gave me the runaround because their phony policy says they will refund the item if there is an issue. Thats just a big lie.

Time Warner Cable - Time Warner Billing Fraud

I recently noticed a late fee on my bill. Apparently iy had been there for 8 months. They were billing a month's worth of services ahead and since I do not pay for services I have not received, they added a late fee. This is after a supervisor told me it was ok to continue to pay the first week of the month. I am a ten year customer, with four services and superb credit. This is the worst case of fraud I have ever seen and will be taking additional action. I will be calling the attorney general and BBB and suing in court. This is illegal.

Yeah, I've been having a lot of problems too with Time Warner. For one thing they bill ahead, so for the first payment we made 2 payments for 2 months.

After that, we paid on time every single month. Then after about 5 months they send us a bill charging us twice. We called up time warner and tried to speak with someone. What they had to say was confusing.

Felt like they were just fast talking. So I went and met with someone in person to see if it would just be easier to understand over the phone. Still didn't help, so I asked if I could just go over my payment records and we could look at them together. To look at my past payments, MY OWN *** RECORDS, I would have to pay $10 plus a $20 servicing fee to go over it with the rep.

Then they said they could only go back 6 months.

By that time we had TWC for 7 months, but they said "We can only go back 6 months so only to January." It was the beginning of April. :upset

ATT ERROR: RESPONSE= TOO BAD

I found out after choosing ATT over Verizon and signing a contract for three phones that my bill just went up for no obvious reason. Apparently, when they quoted my monthly bill, they made an "error" in the discounts they applied which had ultimately caused me to sign with ATT over Verizon. Now, after five months they are going to correct THEIR error and apply an additional charge to my bill!!! Does anyone smell FRAUD????????????? I am most certain of this because usually a company would acknowledge their error and just apply the credit elsewhere to keep a customer that always pays on time. I am looking for ways to go after them legally and go back to Verizon. I am PISSED!
